Communication was bad because of language barrier

First of all, I would highly recommend EASY RENT. The check-in process was smooth and well-organized, and the team was always accessible and helpful. Based on this experience, I would definitely consider their other apartments in the future. The property offers free access to a pool and jacuzzi, as well as convenient parking. The view from the window was peaceful and pleasant. The kitchen was well-equipped with almost everything needed for cooking. The location is excellent—right next to the park, which makes it perfect for walks and relaxation.

While the apartment was generally comfortable, it unfortunately did not meet our needs for remote work. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and frequently interrupted. Our Windows-based laptops couldn’t connect at all, as the internet provider uses an outdated and insecure protocol. Although it worked on Apple devices, it showed a security warning. Additionally, mobile network coverage inside the apartment was extremely poor, making it nearly impossible to use mobile data as a backup. This made working from the apartment very frustrating and stressful. EASY RENT mentioned they had contacted the provider, but the issue remained unresolved throughout our one-week stay.
