It was lovely staying at the Radisson Jass Shimla, and I must say, the property is absolutely stunning! The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and courteous, making the entire experience even more memorable. A special shout-out to Rakesh & Sudiksha who checked us in. He was very professional, friendly, and made sure we felt comfortable right from the start. The restaurant staff was also wonderful and ensured that all our needs were met. Gorgeous property, the excellent staff, or the wonderful food, everything about this place made for an unforgettable experience!

My stay at Radisson Jass Shimla, though just for one night, was an experience I’ll always cherish. From the moment I arrived, I was met with genuine warmth and kindness. The entire staff, especially at the front desk, were extremely courteous and down-to-earth. It was heartening to know that most of them are local Pahadis—people native to Shimla—who bring a special charm and humility to their service. After two sleepless nights traveling from Bangalore, carrying my 8-year-old due to limited connectivity, I was exhausted. Mr. Rakesh at the front desk went out of his way to arrange an early check-in, ensuring my daughter and I could rest. That thoughtful gesture made all the difference and showed true hospitality. The breakfast spread was generous, and the in-room dining service was both fast and delicious. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to nearby attractions, which added great convenience to our short stay. Everything about the experience—from the service to the people—was simply perfect. Radisson Jass Shimla is a shining example of hospitality done right. I truly hope they continue this level of service. People will not only love the hotel but also the warm-hearted Pahadi spirit behind it.

The location of Radisson Hotel Shimla is scenic and serene, providing beautiful views and a peaceful ambiance. The staff were courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant interaction during the stay.

The connectivity between the hotel blocks and the restaurant was inconvenient, making it less accessible. Additionally, the approach road to the hotel was poorly maintained, which detracted from the overall experience. What could have been better? Improved connectivity between hotel blocks and the restaurant, along with a well-maintained approach road, would greatly enhance the guest experience. These upgrades would make the property more convenient and enjoyable.

Great location. Bedroom faced the valleys which was amazing to wake up to. Staff very helpful. There’s a free short shuttle bus that takes you to the end of the road where you take the steps up to Mall road. Spa facilities were great also. My only criticism is that the pool needs to be better maintained. The tiles could with a good scrub and clean. The water, needs a regular netting of leaves and bugs. Due to this i didn’t fancy a chill session in the pool.

Located in a peaceful part of Shimla a bit away from the crowded part. The property had ample parking and was vey clean with great interiors. The swimming pool was an added bonus. The breakfast spread was lovey and the food served in the in-room dining was fresh and savoury. A great place to stay if one is driving down for a leisure trip to Shimla.

Service timings at night may be improved. Since the property is spread across multiple levels, the signages / directions can be a bit improved for easier movement within the property. A dormitory for drivers/ attendants can be an added advantage.

Clean and good property with swimming pool

1. Booking.com of property page says 5 swimming pools. There is 1. Incorrect information. 2. Couldnt use swimming pool because water was vedy cold. 3. Reached very late in evening and asked to extend the stay till 3pm; plainly refused; even though hotel wasnt near full as well. New from 5 star. Generally if its not fully booked; extending stay by couple of hours or so isnt an issue.

Professionalism at all forms. I had a pleasant stay and the views from the room was awesome. They have shuttle pick-up and drop-off to certain point if you are going out from the hotel. If i ever come back to Shimla, this hotel will be on my first thought.

Wifi could have been better, especially for customers who depends on wifi. It was bit annoying at times

The property is amazing, Tamanna was very courteous & tries to accommodate major of our requests. Restaurant has amazing and food was delicious. Every staff member is so courteous & do their best to make you at ease. Aditya also helped accommodate our shuttle requests last minute. Cheers to the amazing property & Kudos to an amazing team!!

Everything was good right from the check in till the check out. Special thanks to the in house valley Vue restaurant staff for providing exceptional service. Special mention to the head chef, his preparations were always fresh and yummy...Thank you all.

They should have an indoor pool and more activities for young kids.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Extremely comfortable, clean, modern, well equipped, excellent staff, great food and the most amazing views of the valley. The quality of service here is exceptional. I travel a lot and this is up there as one of the best I've stayed in.

The wifi in our room was a little temperamental, but everywhere else it was great. Actually, it helped me switch off from the outside world and just relax!
