I like their staffs. Friendly and ready to assist whenever I need the help. Stayed for a night there. The receptionist called me a day upon arrival to confirm my stay and even asked what time I will check in. Since I got myself early flight, I asked for early check in around 8am. Their doorman even reminded us to use the provided umbrella (it was rainy season when I stayed there). The receptionist helped me when I asked for tape, scissors and a marker, cause I need to pack some of the stuff to bring back. The food for breakfast was decent. Even had the chance to talk to their room attendants asking for used box. I had a wonderful time there and I will always remember.

The hotel I booked was exactly what I wanted at that time. Its location next to Wisma Perbadanan Labuan and not far from Ujana Kewangan makes this hotel's position very strategic. Those who just want to walk around Labuan town should be satisfied if they can stay at this hotel.

I only doubt the halal status obtained by the restaurant in the hotel. Therefore, I had to miss the opportunity to enjoy breakfast there. As far as I remember, only four hotels have restaurants that are halal certified by JAKIM, but this hotel's restaurant is not included in one of the mentioned.

Stay with families here for Badminton Friendly Match. 3 Family Rooms, Superior King Room & Twin Room. Great location. Laundry just behind the block! Breakfast are organized and we love their Coto Makassar and you can request scramble eggs, half boiled eggs and three quarter eggs set! Staff are very helpful and polite. Keep it up! the chilling sofa in family room was outdated cushion yet still comfy. prolly need to change the cushion cover.

Stayed 1 night here,and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with a welcoming and helpful receptionists. The room was nicely prepared. Well-stocked minibar and toiletries. You'll also love to enjoy the stunning views of the city, especially at night. Strategic location for shopping,entertainment, and foods. The hotel's café served delicious and affordable meals from 6.30am to 10:00 pm. Overall, I would love to return here for another vacation.

The room is spacious, the breakfast is good with a variety of choices. Everything is provided sufficiently, the staffs are helpful.

When i first entered the room i can smell a faint odour of cigarette smokes, probably coming from outdoor when the door was let open for cleaning. The odour fades after some times. Cleanliness can be improved even better, look out for the dust on the wall near the bed

Thank you very much for the decorations my anniversary 11 year wedding very appreciate, I forgot the name of staff lit of helping me but from my side all off them front of the house and I extended my stay one more night, thank you the girl who workings in nigh shift to help my booking stay one more night. I'm really sorry forgot to remember the name to taken, but real appreciation that.

Not so really didn't like but just to say that my connected room but for the executive room, shower room to smaller.

Location is great. Its at the centre of the city. Front staff were very helpful. Maintenance staff are also very efficient. The aircon in one of our room was not cold and it was repaired very promptly by the maintenance staff.

I love the breakfast too but maybe have to add some more food variety on the breakfast like fried mee, fried mee hoon or even fried kue teow instead of the steam white rice. Can also add local pastries / kuih instead of cakes. Its just my 2cents coz i'm a food lover

Very friendly and helpful staffs. We need to leave in the early morning to catch a ferry to KK and couldn’t have the breakfast provided by the hotel, the staff pro-actively ask which food we would like to takeaway so that we can eat it while otw. Our requests like laundry services etc are met promptly as well. The cut off time for laundry was 11:30am but I sent it around 2pm and still got it by the end of the day.

The wifi connection. I needed to do some work but the wifi was very slow and couldn’t load any webpage. But while on mobile it works fine but sometimes there’s no connection.

The breakfast was pretty decent and there is always plenty of other options nearby. I always prefer staying at this hotel as the staff are friendly and accommodating, the hotel is clean plus the location is quite close to town and the beach.

My initial room was too bright at night due to the light outside and the curtains were not thick enough to block the light. My subsequent room did not have this issue.
