The hotel is new and modern, the room was very clean and the decor is really stylish! Very comfortable bed! Lovely bathroom and bath! Good breakfast menu with some western options, and rooftop bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Good bike rental service! (You definitely need to hire a scooter when staying here to explore) Would definitely stay here again!

Our room had a window in the bedroom that faced into the reception area (There were privacy curtains) So we could hear people in the lobby, at times it was a little noisy but this wasn't too much of an issue!

The hotel is beautiful, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and even prepared a cake for my dad's birthday. The rooms are clean, modern and well designed. I really liked the option of choosing your own shower gel's, your own type of pillow, and the breakfast was really nice.

The location is really in the middle of nowhere, we found ourselves having to get taxis everywhere which became quite pricey. The WiFi was virtually unusable, it was incredibly slow and would disconnect every 15 minutes or so. The rooftop bar is also way too loud, it's a great addition, but it plays vinahouse music until 11pm. Not ideal if you want an early night's sleep.

Beautiful hotel with modern rooms, gorgeous view, and a stunning rooftop. We enjoyed the most picturesque sunset and sunrise on the rooftop. The room itself was really spacious and well-equipped - we love the idea of a selection of shampoo, body wash and conditioners to choose from. The surroundings are quiet as the hotel is one of few buildings in a new development areas. Nevertheless, it is not too far from the city - we walked or Grab, and there are many cafe/restuarants in the vincinity.

We had a strange experience with housekeeping. When we left from 11am - 3pm, we had the housekeeping light on, but when we returned it wasn't cleaned yet. At 3:30pm while we are resting in the room, the housekeeping rang the bell. I asked if they can postpone the cleaning to 4pm, to my surprise, the lady said no, and signaled (because I don't speak Vietnamese) that she would be gone by 4pm. It was either no housekeeping service or getting kicked out of my own room... I think the cleaning staff should be more efficient (the hotel is not at all fully occupied) and better educated to accomondate guest requests...

The hotel is very new with modern interior. I really like the design of the room and the Rooftop bar. The room look exactly the same with the photo. All of the staff are so nice, helpful and friendly. They even let me keep the luggage 1 day after check out and take care of me even. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is semi buffet with local food, coffee, tea, ….. Overall it’s a good stay.

The room size is small eventhough I had a upgraded to a bigger room. Because of the hotel design, the city view is in the bathroom which is you need to go there if you want to see the view. Everything in Phan Thiet (food, convience stores, coffee shop, ..) need to go further to reach, no walkable distance.

Everything is great. Staffs are nice and attentive and rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice decorations and clean. Highly recommended.

Noise - recommend a rubber seal around the doors to block noise from lounge and hallway. Provide a safe to lock valuable items.

It was an interesting experience staying at Ruben hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. However, there is no fridge to store food, so we recommend installing one. The staff and manager were very friendly, they always asked us what we needed. Moreover, the hotel has a lot of places for us to entertain. We had a lot of good times and memorable moments.

Sound insulation is not good

Lovely hotel, right in the city center, quiet area. Friendly staff with excellent services. Our room is sparkling clean with big and nice designed bathroom. Plenty space for car parking.

The hotel is in a newly developed location, with nothing much around it yet, and renting a scooter is necessary. However, they don't have continental breakfast, you can only choose between a few Vietnamese soups.

Professional and friendly staff, newly build hotel with walking distance to the beach front. Clean lovely room and rooftop bar with great view, really happy with the overall service provided.
