It’s in the middle of Mui Ne and Phan Thiet city so if you’re tending to visit both places, this one is a good choice. They upgraded our room from garden view to sea view for free and that was amazing. The room is nice and clean. All facilities are good as expected. Breakfast buffet is served until 10 AM. There are 2 swimming pools here. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They also provided free sauna, gym, billiard and discount for spa but we did not have the chance to try. Do not believe the rating in google map because it is related to a scandal with a youtuber before which is unfair to this resort for getting rated by users who did not really stayed here.

The resort was lovely and when we arrived we were upgraded to a bungalow free of charge. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, good air conditioning and the bathroom had a shower and a bath. The green areas and the beach was cleaned throughout the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great to get in and out of town easily without being right in the thick of it. Food and drink are available all day. There is a gym and spa on site.

The water pressure was a bit weak in the shower, a smart TV would be nice in the room. The food was average with the western choices were far better than the vietnamese options. The area of Mui Ne is a popular destination for Russian holiday makers. This is something to be aware of if before choosing Mui Ne.

The hotel is perfectly located with mild breeze and cleaner beach than others, because they tidy up. Well run and has great potential if the staff is more trained and the cuisine takes on more traditional (spice up) and amps up a bit. Loved the stay and it was relaxing.

It’s not close to anything, but that’s the charm. In Ham Thiet it is bustling, and you can take a cab or even local bus further up the road. Just wave at the bus… there’s no shopping, it’s a place to unwind- not to do bar hopping. Which I enjoyed- fully relaxed.

The check-in went smoothly, the staff at the reception is friendly and very helpful. They spoke good English and were approachable at any time. The rooms are specious, clean, very comfortable beds, huge bathroom, and a massive balcony. The rooms have everything you might need for a comfortable stay. 2 big size and deep swimming pools, for kids and for adults separately. The adult swimming pool has a bar with a good selection of drinks and snacks. The property was green, clean and quiet. We liked absolutely everything about the property! Highly recommended!

There are not many places to go to near the resort if you want to have a dinner outside. However, Grab taxis are readily available near the hotel.

Nice and quiet resort. Staff are friendly and helpful. Booked a superior room and got upgraded to a garden room as the staff explained the upgraded room is closer to the sea and restaurant, which is more convenient for family with pregnant mom and small kid. The food is okay. Love the restaurant with open deck front of the beach.

Got a room on the ground with garden view hence lots of mosquitoes and did not get to open the door or windows to enjoy the fresh air from the sea.

Beautiful resort with nice and clean beach. Comfy beds, clean rooms. Tasty breakfast, with good variety of local food. Vietnamese body treatment at the spa was also really nice. The masseuse was very attentive and spoke good English. Efficient check in / out process. Helpful communication pre-arrival with tips on the best way to get to Mui Ne. (Ignore the negative reviews on Google - these have nothing to do with reality)

It was quite noisy by the pool / beach area during the day (for approx. two days), as staff was assembling new beach umbrellas and disassembling old ones. While we understand that this needs to be done at some point, there surely must be a better place to do it then right next to the area where guests come to relax during the day. Perhaps this could be done closer to the reception area. We flagged it to the pool staff and it stopped for maybe 30 min, after which it resumed. Flagging this to the reception wasn’t of much help either.

Closer to a 5* hotel than 4. The hotel is very nice and clean. Not in the city center but you can rent a scooter just across the road, which also means it's a very relaxed place to stay. The staff was also very welcoming and upgraded our stay.

Not a big deal at all, but at times there were not enough sunbeds. Maybe there were but people just leave their towels and don't come back.

A really nice resort with friendly staff. We had a great time and thank the team very much for that. Super food, own beach, great service ect... Nothing was missing! It should be mentioned that the hotel is committed to sustainability. Plastic is largely avoided. This is not necessarily standard in this area and should be mentioned. Great🙏🏻👍🏻

Beautiful place, excellent organization. Clean, polite and friendly. Everyone speaks English which is very comfortable. Food is good, breakfast also nice for European. We got an upgrade to a bungalow. A brilliant stay.

If I have to mention something than I would say, a smart TV in the room would be nice.

the staff was absolutely great. the location next to the beach was super and everything was really clean. When we arrived we got an upgrade to a villa that was looking over the sea and beach. We basically immediately extended our stay and we got to stay in the villa for the original price we paid
