We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed our time. Our room was spacious and well-appointed for our family of 3 - it was just right so we didn't feel on top of each other and we hung out a lot in the room and on our terrace. The service was exceptional all around and we felt quite pampered. My mom and I took advantage of the spa services a few times, returning specifically for the relaxing massages. Our family eats vegetarian so we were ecstatic when we discovered the restaurant had a delicious vegetarian menu which we ordered from almost every day. Since we have family that live in Phan Thiet, it was important to find a hotel closer to the city and the cab rides only took about 20 minutes.

Since our stay was for 2 weeks, we had lots of opportunity to order the same dishes from the menu. Though each meal was delicious, there were a few dishes that were inconsistently prepared. My mom loves pad thai so ordered it 5 separate times and each time it was a little different.

I booked a beachfront bungalow just a few steps from the beach, which I love the most. The swimming pool is quite nice, with a bar next to it. I also enjoy their gym; it's clean and has enough equipment for a good workout. Additionally, a lady at the customer service desk was accommodating. She assisted us in obtaining medicine for my husband's stomach pain.

I'm not a fan of their cocktails; they all tasted like a mix of spirits and orange juice, and for some reason, each cocktail had a similar flavour. The prices are generally overpriced, much like those at other resorts. However, it is a short walk from the resort to many good restaurants that I highly recommend. Additionally, I’m unsure what products were used during my husband’s massage, but he ended up with bruises and experienced pain in his shoulders.

Good location. About 8km to city Center (15 min drive) and the grab pickup always within 5 min Facility - clean , full capacity but don’t feel crowded as not high density Beach- private and clean. Guards are always in duty Game room- table tennis and pool tables are new and well maintained Cleanliness- spotless Breakfast- great shout out. Super yummy. Menu changed everyday with some standard dishes. I hardly find resort breakfasts are so great like this place 2 bedroom sea view with jacuzzi- lovely for family, spacious Staff- attentive, friendly, service minded

Room interior is a dated. However it is super clean No coin washing machine for long stay

This is the 5th time I stayed in The Cliff, my 1st stay was from 2014 - when I only had 1 kid, this time I return with 3 kids :-)) The resort let me check in much earlier than usual time because I have kids (2y) and the room was ready. This was perfect when you're traveling with 3 kids. My daughter was gifted a birthday cake from the restaurant for her birthday while staying in The Cliff. That was incredibly awesome and an unforgettable memory with The Cliff. The coast is very clean with friendly Lifeguard. The food is exciting and delicious, I think it'd be better if you put more VNese traditional food. Especially Everytime you see any staff around the resort, he/she will smile and greet you. It's simple but not easy to keep it. The only regret is I come during the renovation period of the main swimming pool (with full announcement from the resort by note and verbal), my oldest kid was a bit sorry because he couldn't find him in the same pool when he was 3y (2014). Me and my family had a great time with The Cliff and trust me, this is one of the best resorts to stay in Mui Ne. Will be back shortly. Thank you Khoi Huynh.

The resort is beautiful and clean with lovely pools and right on the beach. The staff are fabulous and very friendly. The massages at the spa were the best we've ever had. The food is also fabulous and a stay here is highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay but the only thing that was missing was a bar to get a drink at night. There's a cafe bar on the beach but it seems to close quite early, unless it's just because we visited out of season.

Beautiful location, great facility, amazing breakfast, attentive staff. Located further from the village So it's great for calm relaxing vacation. Attentive staff - I appreciate the garden/beach crew who saw me doing yoga on beach And without asking brought me a yoga mat :) Beach Is clean, with few people. It's windy So it doesnt feel too hot. Kids loved the gentle waves. We dinned at the hotel restaurant - wide range of meals, delicious, top quality - might seem pricier if you compare it to another places but definitely worth the Price. Would definitely come back.

Polite, nice, friendly and helpful staff in every department, they absolutely worth a five star. Food is ok in the restaurant, not excellent but not bad. good and clean beach, like the beach club that you can buy drinks and food inside and sit on nice couches, very cozy.

the verde lounge room has no natural light so it is dark and disappointed me. want to pay more to change my room but unluckily no more spare rooms as it is VN holiday. found a cockroach in the room in second night that scared us, guess it invaded my room from the big door gap. Hot water supply is not stable.

The resort had very friendly staffs. The location and room amenities were phenomenal! The Bungalow was incredible, steps away from the beautiful beach with amazing view from our patio. The breakfast buffet had great selections. I really enjoyed my massage at their Zen Spa. The whole experience was worth every penny! I would definitely take my family back here again.

Sooo beautiful place, especially if you have children, everything is perfect

Had dinner there once, they were serving only 10 tables out of 50 tables and it took them 40 minutes for my food, and came out cold, I don’t understand

Lovely room and hotel and great facilities including large menu options in hotel - including a vegan menu. Beach around area is only average but as Australian we are spoilt with beaches
