The location is exceptional for travelers who need an absolute private atmosphere. The beach is so clean, thanks to being distant from other resorts. The staff is super friendly. My dog was allowed to access almost all corners of the resort, and all the staff was so friendly to him.

The facilities are old. They've tried to maintain and make them new but the bed was still a bit uncomfortable. And I think they should try better to control mosquitos and lizards. Eventhough they cannot be 100% avoidable but they were a bit too many. I hope they would improve because I'm sure to visit this resort again next time I travel with my dog.

We loved it here. Such a relaxing place to rewind and enjoy by the beach or pool. The staff is amazing and friendly. They keep the grounds clean and the beach is also kept well maintained and cleaned. The food is great as well. The breakfast buffet on Sundays has a lot of varieties to choose from. What I loved most is how pet friendly they are. They are true to their words of being pet friendly. Many hotels will claim they are pet friendly but limit to certain weights, breeds, as well as charge a lot extra for your dog. This hotel is a hidden gem.

Some reviews say that it’s outdated and needs upgrades which I can see why they might think that, but the furniture and rooms match the ambiance and surroundings of a hidden jungle/beach vibe. I didn’t have a problem with the design of the place. I liked the aesthetic of it.

The White Sabds Resort really exceeded my expectations in every area. I went mainly because it's pet-friendly and I wanted to take my two small dogs, but the resort itself is tastefully luxurious and beautifully kept. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to check out an hour and a half later with no extra charge and really helping us with anything we needed at any time. The resort are right on the beach, in an area that is uncrowded and genuinely of white sand. This really was one of the most beautiful beach resorts I've stayed in.

Great location close enough to town but right at the end of the beach. The beach was very clean. Parasols with own beach loungers and towels provided. Great staff in the hotel and food was of a good standard. I would definitely return to this hotel. Recommend beach front bungalow rooms. All so it was a dog friendly hotel.

Really friendly staff and breakfast and other food off the menu was quit good. Locations on the beach were perfect.

Loved that it had a beach as much of Mui Ne has lost beachfront in the previous years. Excellent landscaping, layout, and overall facilities. Super dog-friendly, and felt safe and welcome having the dogs run around. The team at White Sands are so kind and accommodating, and friendly and professional at the same time. Made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The rooms were lovely, would have loved a bit of an improvement in the bathroom - the water pressure was quite weak, the shower curtain a little rusty and dirty, the toiletries are not very good quality and only include shampoo and body gel, the sink faucet in both rooms would not readily turn off and kept running all night. Simple items that can be fixed to improve the quality and comfort of staying here.

Good place for a retreat in Phan Thiet, good location, easy to access the city and visit Ham Tien/ Mui Ne. I like the staff, quiet and peaceful of the place, and a good beach also. I want to checkout late for 2 hours for a personal reason and the staff was very helpful and nice. I will re-visit next time.

Staffs are friendly, resort location is good. I enjoy the private beach.

the bench at the beach are too low and my head hit the umbrella's beam several times. We stayed in room 124 and I think it should have more curtains for additional privacy in the living room. Another thing I dislike is the location of the air conditioners - they blow the cold air directly to our heads.

Buffet breakfast changed items slightly each day, which was very nice. Staff was helpful, and location was at very end of the private beach, so more secluded than nearby resorts. Food quality was also fairly good.

Didn’t like that the free water bottles they gave you each day was so small.

The shower system is a kind of weak. Hope that they will improve soon.

We chose this resort as it’s pet friendly but it exceeded all of our expectations! The rooms were clean and spacious, the resort was well maintained and peaceful and the staff were all very attentive. Breakfast was made to order from a good range of options and dinner was high quality and reasonably priced (although vegetarian options were slightly limited). The pool area is pretty and the beach was also very clean and quiet. Perfect resort for a relaxing weekend away from the city with our dog.
