The rooms are very spacious and clean, the Air Conditioning is excellent, the shower was great with hot water, the staff are polite and friendly. The location is excellent with local shops, Cafes and restaurants nearby.

The location near( the facilities, restaurants, beach ,old city ), the cleanliness, the spacious rooms .Nice view from my room .

They tried to change our dates 📅 , they judged us as not wanted guests before even seeing us 😒 ,it was my friend and her sister on their own reservation and me on my own ,judging people is very offensive. Tv not working even though we don't need it .

the air conditioning was not working, temperature was above 30 inside the room and above 40 outside TV had 2 or 3 Channels - boring and sweating couldn’t sleep

One of the staff if judgemental, judging us badly before even seeing us ,trying change our dates and canceling the booking with no reason , not flexible choices, some rooms are not quiet but that's the other customers and cleaners fault, ,
