Location of the resort is beautiful right on the ocean and close to Tanger and Asilah. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Well designed and decorated. Excellent breakfast with many options to choose from everything is fresh and delicious, every morning we’re welcomed with big smiles and lovely hospitality. I would like to thanks all the staff at the breakfast restaurant especially HASNAE, HIBA and SOUMIA for their polite and friendly hospitality. And a special thanks to OMAR who helped me a lot with my kids drinks order every day. Thank you all.

The beach chairs are very dirty and spotty and some are torn. There should be a box towels there, it doesn’t make sense every time I have to go and order from the pool.

Our room is big and well decorated. Beds are very comfortable, both bathrooms are clean and good size. The hotel is grand and looks very impressive!

The shower is not well designed, water escapes from the shower cubicle to outside, it made the bathroom floor really wet. Kitchen is not equipped at all, doesn’t have any cookery equipment. Just an empty kitchen which is not very useful at all! We stayed one night so we didn’t really need kitchen but imagine if you do want to use it but there are nothing can be done. Drinks are over priced, I understand it is an expensive hotel but doesn’t means they have to price a pot of tea three times more than a normal restaurant.

Everything was exceptional, from the room with the breathtaking view, to the swimming pools with private ocean access and the multiple facilities. The most featuring part who made our stay memorable was the staff. Everyone was super kind and always available. A big shoutout to Aja who explained us the main features of the hotel in an impeccable and to the waiter Mohammed who made us dinner unforgettable always serving us and being out our disposal with his extreme friendliness and simplicity. The hotel is beautiful. If you are after a quiet, beach front and pool, relaxing holiday then this is for you. The facilities at the hotel are great and its very close to the golf course which was exactly why we booked. The spa facilities are great value for money and the staff cant do enough for you There is a free bus to and from Tangier centre at 10am and 5pm, which is great if those times work for you. The rooms are immaculate and the bed was super comfy. The food at the restaurant and for breakfast was amazing. We will stay here again without question

The hotel is nowhere near anything else, other than the adjoining golf course. If you wish to visit the city, then its a 30 minute taxi ride away, but the hotel can arrange a Merc, or similar, 7 seater van to take you for around €50

Breakfast was delicious and the staff amazing thank you to Mr Haddahi Fouad Ahmed Ayoub Moumar Omar and Ms Soumia . Cleaning service was excellent thank you to Ms Farida . And many thanks to Bell Captain Mr El Mehdi bellman’s Anass and Slimane they were very helpful and professional. The combination of luxurious amenities, attentive service and beautiful surroundings made it an unforgettable experience!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and stunning decor. The service was exceptional—every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was a real highlight—delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start each day. The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was seamless, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. In particular, Soumia, Karima and Alae were fantastic to deal with! I liked the breakfast buffet and staff, like Yassin, Salah Eddine mint tea person and the breakfast manager, I forgot his name, he was there all the time and Awatef the room cleaner

The court for basketball was awful, not good activities for teenagers, also the volleyball and basketballs was flat not good to play with. The music in swimming pool 5 out of 10, I changed the room, they moved my stuff, and I was having expensive short for my daughter on the chair in the balcony, they didn’t bring it it and I asked for it, but no chance it’s gone. My daughter was upset and disappointed even me I wasn’t happy that my stuff wasn’t in safe hands, also they opened the safe without waiting for me until I come from the swimming pool and open it myself, I wasn’t happy that I had to open my purse and hand bag to check my stuff and money in front of the stuff to be sure everything ok

The grounds and hotel were absolutely beautiful. We were on our honeymoon and had an amazing experience. The staff were accommodating and attentive. Ousama and Ayoub were absolutely brilliant at breakfast and serving us by the pool. They made our stay even better. Lovely people

A minor point but being a Brit, I cannot live without baked beans as part of breakfast! I did ask the staff during our stay but it wasn't an option

The attentiveness of the staff was amazing . The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel was perfect , the food at the buffets breakfast and dinner was very varied and fresh . The Moroccan tea especially at breakfast was delicious . The kids club and the kids pool was an amazing add on for kids to spend their time. The pool area was very clean . The sound of crickets and birds alongside the splashes of the water fountain when you opened the balcony was so peaceful really get like you were away from the chaos of the world .

Flies on the deserts at breakfast and dinner , I understand it’s a hot climate and attracts them but I feel like some effort should be made to keep that area free from food flies as once desserts were out on the buffet for over fifteen minutes a lot of flies started arriving everywhere .

Amazing hotel, great location. Was travelling just me and my 7 year old. Staff accommodating and friendly, life guards on alert by the pool..beautiful views everywhere. Kids friendly activities including kids club, trampolines, pools, gaming room etc. Thank you for making our vacation truly memorable!

There was a buffet day at pool restaurant i didn't want the buffet but the waiters were impossible to catch to order by menu. Opted our for the buffet just to be able to eat something.
