Our request to have room at higher floor was met as there was availability. The rooms are fairly decent sized and with good views. Shower is nice with good pressure and hot water. Location is nice with connectivity to most parts. The hotel offers value for money.

Pillows were too soft and our request to have an extra one was not met with- citing unavailability, which is a bit difficult to digest as the hotel was not 100% occupied. We had to tell the staff to replenish soaps which they forgot and one day we had to have bath without soap. This should be a matter of routine room tidying with no need to remind. As a matter of hygenie let the new towels not be kept over the lid of WC. Cleanliness can be improved as we found liquid spilled in elevator at 6.30 am still there upon our return in late evening. There is limited space to hang clothes and we would need to operate from our suitcases.

Weekday staff was really friendly. I had only brought one EU adaptor, and the night shift staff gave me one. And the morning staff was amazing. Really friendly. Whole place was beautiful, spacious rooms, really clean. Also near the underground into Frankfurt (Main) and about a 1hr walk into the city.

The weekend day staff didn't understand I was just after a taxi. Thankfully the morning staff had told me what to get, so I just directed them to a button. The beds only had two really rubbish pillows and a weird small duvet. Wasn't sure. The aircon also didn't work as much.

We were a bit worried about the mixed reviews, but we gave in for the attractive price and honestly we had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious enough, shower was great, tv was working well... The location is of course sub-optimal when you want to be in the city a lot, but the connection with the trams/trains isn't horrible at all and we found out that the electric scooters are a surprisingly fun and easy way to get to the city, we really recommend the experience - especially considering that the route coasts the riverside all the way to the city center, and it's very pretty and an overall nice experience.

I'm only half-joking when I say that I disliked the elevator xD There has to be something wrong in the software running it, because almost every time we were stranded there, waiting for it to arrive for *so long* that eventually we were taking the stairs in most cases. But nothing really important to notice :)

A fair option for a short-term stay in Frankfurt if you are not afraid of a 20-30 minutes commute to the city center. It was clean and comfy. And pretty quiet, which surprized me. Looks like they have good noise isosaltion between the rooms. Breakfast was rather basic, but absolutely enough for a 2-3 nights stay. Absolutely worth its costs. Public transport - buses ansd S-Bahn are in 5 miutes walking distance from the hotel.

The almost suburban location is the only downside I can think of. But again, if you are fine with a commute, then this is not an issue.

The hotel it’s very cheap and near to the center of Frankfurt, if you have a car it takes just 10/15 minutes. I really liked that the room was very clean and warm enough. There’s free wifi too. In the bathroom you can find a body showergel and hand soap and there’s a hair dryer that works really good, the shower is quite big and very modernized .For that price is super amazing and the staff was gentle and helped us even if we didn’t understand german that much because they know english. Remember to check the back of the hotel because there is a free parking place that is owned by the Hotel but if you want the covered one in the inside it costs about 15€ (idk if per day or in general).

The only “bad” thing maybe was the fact that the rooms don’t have a real wardrobe but it’s okay if you’re staying just a week or less. You can always hang your clothes and there’s a bit of space.

Great Hotel 🏨 Very easy to travel into the city centre, 4 of us visited for the Franfurt Christmas markets. The Hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and it was exceptional value for money, I highly recommend. There is a McDonald's 1 minute walking distance and a few restaurants very close for the overnight traveller. The desk is 24hrs and very easily contactable via phone the staff speak great English 👍.

If you are travelling by car the car park directly outside the hotel is free but there are limited spaces, alternatively there is a car park at the back of the Hotel at a charge of 12 euros per day.

i have already stayed in this hotel so this time again decided to stay.

nothing special but i would suggest that " I am Muslim there should be shower for bathroom use which is not available most of the hotels in Europe. 2nd - there is "iron" shortage because all irons busy with other guest in hotels. I stayed there 4 nights and asked iron almost everyday but not available because iron busy with other rooms guest. so my suggestion iron quantity should be more to entertain almost all guest of the hotel. thanks

Great value for a clean, nice room. Staff was friendly. About 5 minute walk to the train station.

The water shut down in the entire hotel for over 24 hours because it occurred on a German holiday. So none of the guests could use the shower, or the sink or flush the toilet for one whole day because water was out. I was only offered a free hotel breakfast or 10% off one day rate of my hotel room, which was less than $10. Working water for a hotel room is essential for any guests and 24 hours is too long to go without being able to use the water in the hotel. Need more refreshments or vending machine to get snacks and drinks in the lobby because no super market nearby.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and it was perfect decision: good price, comfy room, clean (only a bit dusty TV remote and window). It was easy to find free parking place near the hotel (even on Saturday evening). Check in is till 00:00 and it is very comfortable. We were a bit late and came around 00:15, but we were still welcomed ☺️ We had only 1 pillow and 1 single blanket, but we got additional few very fast. Temperature in the room is also fine.

No kettle or coffee machine in the room, but you can get any drink downstairs at the reception.
