The location cannot be better if you just want to walk to the ski lift from the hotel-a 3-minute walk. But a bit away from shops, restaurants and bars. Thankfully there is one restaurant within the hotel, if you are not picky about the choices. The staff members are super nice and helpful. They really made me feel at home or being a friend of theirs. The warm hospitality effectively compensated the overall amenities that seem to be build during the communist time or on a low budget. But if you want to stay at a place next to the lift and be welcomed by the super nice staff, this can be your choice.

Hotel Lenka is perfect! It's not the fanciest hotel you've ever visited in your life, but it overexceeds your expectations with other parameters, such as very nice breakfast, super nice friendly people, comfy rooms, peace, location, dog friendliness.... not often we give 10 stars and Lenka is not a 5 star luxury hotel, but we ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT here and will for sure come again!

The location is perfect, and you can go to the night ski directly from the hotel, takes only 5 min, and when it's too cold, you can come back to your room and drink hot tea, and then you can go back to ski again!

It was just a little bit cold at night, so I would be happy if I could get one more blanket. But considering the cold mountain weather and the current energy prices, it's totally understandable :)

The queuing system was fast and efficient. The lifts were large and had the pull down covers to protect you from wind. Perfect :)

Everything was amazing there from the staff to the rooms. Prices are great for the area and the food tasted GREAT! Staff is really friendly and just loved my doggie.

Maybe a bit better Wi-Fi service wouldnt hurt but thats it I was happy otherwise!

A very pleasant and friendly place. Extremely polite service. Clean rooms, and the accommodation conditions are a higher standard than expected from other reviews. Fantastic location and excellent price-performance ratio. We will be back!
