Breakfast was very good , the lady that works there she’s keeps up every thing and keeps the area clean.

The only thing I can complain about is that our entry door would not close we had to slam the door shut. We had cleaning service done to our room and when we came back our door was not shut it was left unlocked. We did let the front desk know about that incident.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. It was hot water throughout the day coffee and tea throughout the day. Room was clean. Beds were good overall I was very impressed.

The walls are a little thin we could hear the people next-door to us. Their TV was pretty loud. There could’ve been more effort to make sure that the rooms were stocked with enough toiletries but other than that, everything was perfect.

Breakfast was good with a good variety of food. The 2 Queen beds and sofa bed arrangement was perfect for our needs. The young lady who checked us in at 7pm on Tuesday and the ladies who helped us during the day (Amanda and Caitlin) were exceptionally helpful and made us feel very special! Great customer service means a lot to this senior citizen!

As it turned out we had to stay another night and I would have preferred to have the room cleaned and beds made for the extended stay, but I didn't know if I had to request it or not.

I was in a 1st floor room at first. The window was not locked and the shade would not close. The adjoining door to the room next door did not lock. I reported it to the front desk and they claimed the other door was cemented shut but she did find another room for me to move to which was very much appreciated. I did not feel safe on the 1st floor room.

Cleanliness, staffs

Location. Very dangerous going in and out since it is located in the freeway where speed limit is fast and big trucks are passing this area.it should have its own lane for the entrance. Oh I almost forgot the water pressure in the shower is super strong/ high it’s painful to the skin

Breakfast is good, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, bread for toasting. The room was very comfortable, very clean, lots of room to spread out in a room with a king bed and couch. We like the modern updates to the rooms. The staff has been very accommodating.

The hotel has been recently renovated but the shower heads and fixtures need to be updated as well. The door handle on the door to the stairwell from the lobby is still broken. We've been staying at this hotel on our frequent trips to Nacogdoches so we've gotten to see the transformation during the past several months.

The hotel was clean from what I saw, I was on the first floor in the first room. The gentleman that checked me in was very informative and polite

The coffee pot in the room was out dated, I shower dripped all night, and the bathroom door was damaged I guess from the water of the shower, it looked horrible, but that didn’t make my stay bad

The bathroom wasn't really clean 😞. The refrigerator was not working properly. On Saturday which was our last day there at 9:30 am it was basically nothing to eat for breakfast and one of the staff members said they would not be making anything else because breakfast ends at 10:00 am which I couldn't understand because it was 30 minutes before than the time breakfast was supposed to end. 😞

Comfortable & Affordable

Over night staff charging $100 deposit to locals?!? We are over 40 years old. We are past hotel raves! We were only forced to get a room in our home town due to over a week of no water or electricity in our home. What a way to add to the burden. Doubled it when we had to book a second night….(Day shift staff was a different sight and presence)

I was checking my bedding sheet and I noticed numerous blood stains on my bedding I reported it to the front desk staff and requested new bedding for my bed....I felt kinda uncomfortable after that but otherwise everything else was amazing
