The staff on check out day were superb. They discovered one of my friends had left their passport in a drawer and within 1 hour of us leaving they had emailed, messaged and called me. Superb customer service

Check in day. The girl on the desk did not make a great effort. She mis allocated the rooms, giving us as a couple who had booked a superior double room a twin and one of my single friends was given the double. By the time we discovered this we could not be bothered to change. Then when we asked her if we could have a drink at the bar, she sat playing on her computer while we waited to be served and after 10 mins we went and asked her to serve us

Lovely boutique hotel in a central location in a great seaside resort. It was easy to find. The room was clean, with a good shower. Breakfast was excellent, the best we had in France, great variety on offer in a nice eating area. The hotel had a great bar, but as it was out of season and quiet, we went into a local brasserie in the evening instead.

Parking was limited. We paid to use the tiny parking at the back, but it was difficult to find ( the door was shut), tiny and cramped. We advise you to be careful when you arrive so that you can use free overnight parking nearby. Avoid the school rush!

Location was good we were able to walk along the seafront there were some nice shops and restaurants nearby, it would have been nice to spend more time there. Hotel was comfortable abit quirky shape, triangular so the rooms were similar but ok .breakfast was nice with a good selection of food. It was nice to have the bar and get decaff coffee not everywhere serves decaff. Parking on site but very limited 3 places.

The parking was extremely tight and only room for 3 cars. But when in secure. The pillows were the french style square pillows which I find difficult to sleep on, I now bring my own pillow.

Location and attractiveness of the building plus reasonable ease of on road parking. Staff on reception were charming & helpful. Rooms recently renovated and clean. St Jean also has an elevator. Breakfast was excellent and sensibly priced with two working coffee machines.

Our room (32) had a steeply sloping ceiling by the window and overhanging my side of the bed. A taller person would find it almost impossible to avoid banging their head. We discovered that our shower did not work!

Central to town and the sea front. Great bedroom with all amenities. Good powerful shower. Lift. Bar and lounge area that make really good cocktails. Breakfast was very nice. Croissant,Cereal, eggs, cheese, ham,fruit, juice and hot beverages. Private car parking. Would stay again.

Ha ha the hotel is beside the river where the ducks congregate at night. They are very noisy but do tend to stop at around 11 pm. Apart from that nothing.

Check in quick, room good size, very good continental breakfast, pleasant bar and quick check out.

Service in the bar was compromised by bar person doubling as the receptionist. A party checked in quite late so bar was unattended for 20 mins. Parking was a bit hit and miss on the surrounding roads, particularly Saturday afternoon. Soap and shower gel could have been better in the bathroom.

the hotel was very quiet despite being on the main road and was a lovely location with a view of the river, the breakfast was simple with wonderful local cheese, the staff are very friendly and we loved the spa bath.

i would have liked a comfortable armchair in the bedroom and i did not like the picture of a dog dressed in a suit in the bar.

Everything was good! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, very clean. The bar was pleasant, the sauna / jacuzzi were affordable (30 eur for 45m for two people) and super cute, and the location was super convenient, near the center, the beach and restaurants. Staff was friendly and available. Super pet friendly!! 14 eur for the stay, which is pretty reasonable.

Friendly staff, newly decorated comfortable bar and lounge area, wonderfully comfortable beds spotlessly clean, great breakfast. Perfect location in town centre and near the sea!

The road outside was noisy, double glazed windows kept the noise out but the rooms were too hot to keep the windows closed. (a few mosquitos around too!) Air con units in rooms but not available to be used could have solved both problems, would have paid extra for air con for a good nights sleep!

Rooms clean and comfy

2 of the 3 rooms were close together but the 3rd on a separate floor with no window just a skylight that banged all night with the wind. We have been coming for over 8 years and this year you did not have any tea/coffee facilities in the room
