Room was of a reasonable standard. All the usual facilities - shower, toilet and washbasin in a cubicle. Bed was fine, had dogs with us so plenty of room to put up our crate to confine them. We liked the external access to the room. Breakfast was ok, decent enough to keep us going until lunch time. Staff very polite friendly and helpful. Have stayed at this Premiere class before and would do so again. Very handy for ferry/tunnel and can walk into the old part of town.

Drink machine at breakfast wasn't fully working, could only get hot water and limited choice of hot drinks. Not much choice for breads at breakfast compared with usual but was adequate for us for one day.

Greeted by a great receptionist who was friendly and very efficient. Given a ground floor room as requested. Very comfortable and had a good stay.

Only had 2 small towels. As we had a wet room we needed to use one as a floor mat. Not enough hooks for hanging clothes. Only 2 hooks in the wet room so nowhere to hang out day clothes or wet raincoats.

Room much better than the one used a month previously: Freshly painted, clean bed linen, larger bathroom with sliding cocertina door. Hopefuly this is part of a general renovation project. Close proximity to a variety of restaurants and A16 motorway.

TV didn't work. Electric plugs not secure in the wall. No bedside table or wardrobe/hanging rail/drawers for clothes. Skirting board needs repair or replacement. Action shop opposite has created a lot of litter.

The view was really good overlooking the town and coast. Beds were large and comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Easy walk into the town, and a handy fast food restaurant close by.

The parking was a little tight, and we struggle a bit with a big van.

close to road we was travelling on. Buffalo Grill next door, dogs welcome there too. perfect for overnight stop. Value for Money. Comfortable bed.

Shower is tiny but then you know that when booking if ever stayed in a PC before.

The friendlyness of your staff. The breakfast was great, set us up for the very long journey to follow.

The rediculous noise, long into the night, by the selfish couple and their unruly child in the next bedroom. As so many British seem to stay could you possibly have at least one English speaking channel on the television.

Very convenient close to A26 and only half an hour from Calais Ferry. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff, good breakfast and several places nearby for evening meal. We walked from the hotel into town, it took about 30 mins to reach the Cathedral and Old Town of Boulogne. We were very happy to stay here and would use it again. We were travelling with dogs and pets are welcome at this hotel.

The room was a little tired but still serviceable with decent shower/toilet and comfortable bed.

Very basic hotel, clean ,warm and comfortable.

No lift, so non mobile customers need to request ground floor. Car park is very small for a big car.

Perfectly functional room served our purpose. It was warm and dry with clean linins.

Rooms are very small and the hotel is a little tired definitely a budget stop over.
