Staff were excellent and very accommodating. They went the extra mile on a couple of occasions. The parking facilities are really handy, though a little bit more information about how to access them on arrival would have been welcome.

The decor is a little tired and the air conditioning didn't seem very efficient, plus the external pane of the double glazed window was broken. Also, there was a "menu" of food that was said to be available 24/7 ... but only certain items from it actually were.

Room small but had everything needed. Bar restaurant was not exactly high class but food was freshly prepared and prices reasonable. Excellent cold breakfast buffet. Air con and tv

View only of rooftops and concrete was disappointing as so near sea. Need to nip into grape bar and ask for car park ticket before can park in underground garage adjacent to bar. Cost is added to bill. Small room. Check in is inside grape bar and to left which was not obvious. No English TV .

The location is near to Lille Ville from where you can walk within 10min, it’s recommendable to use a taxi if you have a heavy luggage. The staff working there are friendly and knowledgeable.

Parking was very secure at a reasonable price Carrefour next door very useful, especially convenient it shares the same car park as the hotel. We enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast here. We had a nice view out of our room window. Excellent location to walk round the town and along the sea front.

The staff and location are amazing at this hotel. We have stayed here many times.

Don’t like the fact that you can’t use the lift on a night time because it’s part of the shopping centre it gets closed so you have to drag your luggage upstairs.

Location, near shops, short walk to town and beach. Good value for price. Room with canal view is advised. Staff super. Car park is convenient. Bar is good if a bit gaudy. Room small but good value.

I used Booking.com Free Parking filter only to be told parking is 8€50 a day. Boulogne sur Mer is a shade run down but the walled city is lovely. Dog poo is everywhere. Tread carefully.

The bar decor was funky. The restaurant food was very good and all the staff were helpful and friendly

A person in the bar for 3 hours was making business calls via phone and laptop. Helen was noisy and this was impolite.

Good location. Bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. Car park was secure and breakfast was good. Reception staff were polite and helpful.

Lift was out of order most of the stay. Not a problem for us but could see older guests were struggling with stairs. Staff offered to carry bags which was nice.

We are regular users of Ibis hotels and have never had less than acceptable service. This was not one of the best, maybe because it was busy, so check-in was rushed. However, the room was fine, with good air conditioning and wi-fi. We had a view over the city, which was a bonus. The restaurant was unpretentious but our meal was good, as was the breakfast. Car parking was secure, but not cheap.

The bathroom smelled strongly of damp, which was unpleasant. Overall, things felt a bit chaotic, with too much (reception, bar, restaurant) all crammed into a small area.

We liked the bar and games area. We had good fun on the pinball machine! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Very convenient for LeShuttle.

The rooms didn’t have tea and coffee making facilities or phones. The lift wasn’t working. We were informed of this but not before I’d booked and paid for the accommodation.
