Great location with underground parking. The hotel has a nice, clean, modern feel.

What I’m about to write I don’t consider to be the fault of the hotel, but a previous guest. The sofa in our room was covered in dog hair. We came back to our apartment after a day at the beach. We showered and put on clean clothes to go out for dinner. My son sat on the sofa and his fresh trousers became covered in dog hair. Perhaps the cleaner should have noticed and cleaned the sofa, but ultimately, guests shouldn’t be allowing their pets on the furniture.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay and could happily have been longer. The layout of the apartment was perfect for our family of four and our friend enjoyed her stay in a double room too. The kitchen was well equipped, enabling us to have breakfasts and a meal together - and we loved the small seating area. The bedrooms were a comfortable size and the bathroom layout worked well. The location was a short walk from town and the aquarium. The fore-warned building activity didn't affect us at all, just made some of the entry and parking a bit unlevel.

We only stayed one night as a stop over to calais to get the ferry back to the UK. We're a family of 6. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great. It was a 35-minute drive to calais. There's a boulangerie across the road that opens at 5 am. I agree with the other reviews about the €200 security deposit being taken. We were not made aware of this prior to our visit. It was refunded back with no issue, but I feel it should be made clear when booking. Other than that negative, I couldn't fault anything.

Firstly all the staff were really helpful and friendly. They never made us feel bad for not speaking French. Simple check in Comfortable room Great location Our room type was apartment with bedroom & 2 single beds. This was a little confusing pre booking, but if it helps, you get a room with a double bed and a window and a twin bed room with no window (the hotel call this a corner room) Provided with dishwasher tablets, washing go liquid and scouring pad. Microwave has a grill. Think it’s worth mentioning that local restaurants opened for lunch then closed again till 1830. On Sunday supermarkets all closed by about 1300.

Lack of parking. When they say the parking is reserved for a fee, they actually mean you have to reorganise this with them. Didn’t really like having to clean the room and strip the beds before our early morning departure The water pressure was poor But - with all that said, we’d stay again and we’d recommend.

We travelled from England that evening with our dog so wanted somewhere close to Calais for an overnight before our long drive south. We were on the 6th floor in a 3 bedroom apartment - Compact but ideal for an overnight. It was such a hot evening we slept with the doors open so we could hear the seagulls! Once it cooled and we closed the doors it was so quiet. They did provide an A/C unit in the room too which was good as it was really hot.

Car park was so dusty and small but secure. As we arrived so late, we struggled to find anywhere to eat. There is building work going on so not pretty to walk around - we did know this when booking.

Secure parking underground with a lift to accommodation. Mini cleaning kit. Access to town centre is a 10 min walk across the bridge to the bottom of the hill to the old town which is about 1.5km walk

The property is in the middle of a building site so our view was terrible

Very convenient for a stop off before the tunnel. It’s very accessible and if you’re happy to walk for 15mins into the old town, you’ll get a very different experience to that of the port side. The property is perfect for a one night stop off and nice with balcony.

Air con would have been great, the system is designed to heat rather than cool.

The size of the room was great and the location was perfect for our trip. We were going to visit the WWI graveyard the next day and wanted to stay overnight in the port near the center. We had an elderly family member with us so walking was an issue hence the close location choice. The room was really big and had a fully fitted kitchen plus on-site parking. Perfect for our needs.

bed broke and we asked for it to be fixed whilst we were out and about this didn't happen after a few other requests for it to be fixed someone came and checked it and we were moved to a similar room tricky to find as there are building works so better signage will be great

Our apartment had a front facing balcony with a superb view over the marina and Boulogne itself. It was a very modern apartment and building and, when we visited anyway, quiet at night-time. We were placed on the top floor with two small children which worried me initially but, as I had requested a quiet room, I think the staff were just being helpful by placing us in the quietest part of the Hotel. Overall it was a really nice place to stay.

Bedrooms are on the small side.
