Lovely, modern, clean and comfortable apartment within a retirement home with everything you need and beautiful view of the marina. 20 minute walk up the hill to the old town. Very good value. Free parking included and very helpful reception.

Extremely difficult to find as this is an 8-storey brand new block on a new development behind the casino whose road isn’t listed on the sat nav and the building only has an A4 paper saying Zenao stuck in a window. Google ‘Rose des Vents’ for an image to find the right block and it’s signed as ‘Stella’ retirement home. There is a circus and fairground in the complex in summer and lots of noise from building work and machinery from the docks but the apartment is sound proofed so don’t let it put you off.

The flat was ideally located for the town and was excellent value for money. It contained everything you need [fridge, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, table and chairs, sink, kettle, toaster etc]. The bathroom was huge with a great shower and there was even a balcony which overlooked part of the port so we had a lovely sunset. It was spotlessly clean and it was pretty spacious. It was a pet-friendly room and there was plenty of space for our dog's bed, bowl etc. The staff were very helpful and the free parking was nearby.

There was nothing I didn't like.

To say this apartment was comfortable would be an understatement, it is luxury. Excellent location giving a wonderful view of the city and sea we had no difficulty getting free parking outside the building. Check-in was straightforward. The room was ultramodern with lovely windows on two aspects since we were on a corner. Fully functional kitchen with everything you need. Spacious bathroom with lashings of hot water. The bed was very comfortable. This was an excellent stay and I would recommend it to all

Nothing to dislike

Great location, perfect apartment. Very friendly staff and convenient / secure parking (book in advance!) underneath. Walkable to everything from here, and we had a nice side view of the water. Very quiet too.

Not a criticism, but beware you are literally in a retirement apartment complex - front desk is the same for you and the folk living here. But that's fine, and everyone was friendly. We just satyed in the apartment - didn't do breakfast or anything. Great for a one night stopover, probably wouldn't want to do more than that here.

Nice apartment, secure parking, friendly staff, good location, cheap. Unusual but not unpleasant to have an apartment mixed in with elderly residents. They were very quiet though so excellent neighbours!

Because it is so new there was a bit of smell of plaster. Not a bad smell, just odd. Lots of construction work around the building but only noise during the day when we were out anyway. Bed was harder than I’d have preferred.

Great location, right next to the harbour, and only a 5 minute walk into the town. Lots of free on street parking surrounding the hotel, and if you want the beach, it is only a 10 minute walk along the harbour markets. Room was very clean and most importantly very quiet at night. Electric black out blinds were a great bonus.

A spacious apartment that has everything we needed for our 1 night stay. It was very clean. The building is at a very convenient location. We needed secure gated parking for our motorcycle and they let us use the underground parking space for a small fee. There’s also outside parking available.

The location was great, right across the river and easy to get to by car. I think the aparthotels are in an old people's home which was interesting but fine. Clean and had everything we needed for our 1-night stay.

Parking needs to be reserved in advance. They didn't have any spaces left when we arrived. Check-in ends at 8am.

room was very hot, would benefit from a fan or 2, and couldn't leave the door to the balcony open when it rained as the water came into the room.

The location and views are great!

Bit basic interior and it would be better if they mentioned the hotel is in the same building as serviced apartments for the elderly.
