Location was good, very close to the centre, and despite that, was quiet overnight and had a good night's sleep. Friendly staff who coped well with me mangling the french language! General confort and facilities what you would expect from a 2 star hotel.

Nothing much really. Breakfast which I paid extra for was a bit basic, even by continental breakfast standards, and if I stayed again I would go to the patisserie cafe just along the road instead.

Friendly reception; the courtesy kettle & coffee & tea was appreciated (and I made use of them), the room was tidy and clean, so no issues at all with cleanliness. No bed bugs either, I'm pleased to report. The room was warm enough that I didn't need to pull the blanket over myself. The bed was comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep (much needed).

A lack of spare electrical mains sockets (I had to unplug the TV in order to charge my mobile devices). Perhaps there was actually one or two spare mains outlets in the room but I had somehow missed them. As is quite often the case with hotels, I didn't feel that breakfast (which I had paid for) was particularly good value for money, and I departed the hotel still feeling rather hungry. I popped into a nearby patisserie and filled my belly.

Great location for the town, beach and local attractions.

Not the hotels fault, with it being hot, we had to keep the balcony door open, and the town was noisy and waking up early morning because of the seagulls.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Very friendly and helpful people on the desk. Comfortable room and good buffet breakfast.

Nothing. We've stayed here many times and in Boulogne would not stay anywhere else. This is a smallish central hotel with good but paid for parking in the area

Everything looks recently renovated. Bed was very comfortable. Shower worked really well. I appreciate having a kettle in the room. Entry at night is quite easy with the code.

There was no place to hang the towels and they forgot to give us handtowels (we also didn't ask). I didn't see a lift, so I'm not sure if with a heavier bag it would have been ok going up all those stairs.

Centrally located to shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, parking on the surrounding streets, hotel very clean a little road noise but did not disturb sleep. Breakfast ok patisserie next door. Good recommendations for restaurants. Yes we would stay here again.

More pillows but bed was comfortable.

Helpful staff. Close to the markets, so we could buy lovely French treats before driving home. We only stayed one night so can't really say much more.

The room was a little cramped but I'd gladly stay there again.

Everything. We have been going there for about 20 years and have always been more than happy with everything. Proprietor is so helpful, accommodation is clean, hotel is central but quiet at night, beds very comfortable .

Very close to the city centre, there is a boulangerie just beside the hotel. The historical centre is 15 minuts walk, many good restaurants in that area. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, toilet a bit small but clean.

The Hotel is a bit outdated, it needs a upgrade. However it's what i expected.
