Breakfast was delicious and there's a lot to do in the area. Not far from the beach at all either. Pool was beautiful and refreshing and the staff was very amicable as well.

Everything was fine

Aiyaree Place Hotel is a wonderful hotel with big rooms with a big balcony with chairs with wonderful views. The swimming pool is very good and very enjoyable . I really appreciate this hotel. The location is very good and has 2 7ELEVEN near the hotel which is very important for staying in Pattaya. The beds are really big. The breakfast is quite good with many options but serving for the Thais' choices. The breakfast room is big and luxurious. They have a small gym . The hotel is really recommended. Next time in Pattaya I will stay in this hotel again.

The towels are very old and toiletries are not up to the mark of the hotel. There is no key card in the room the old key system. Most of the hotel employees never smiled.

Location spot on if you’re a gay traveller as their are lots of lgbtq bars nearby. Staff were so friendly & always greeted you with a smile.

The only criticism I have is the wall between the bed & tv. I’d suggest putting the tv on the wall so as people can watch it from bed.

This hotel is truly exceptional in terms of value for money. It exceeded my expectations and provided an incredible experience that far outweighed the cost. It stood out as one of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in, considering the reasonable price I paid.

The overall experience at the hotel was commendable. However, if I were to provide constructive feedback, my only minor concern would be regarding the TV remote. It appeared that the batteries in the remote were due for replacement.

Brilliant hotel with very helpful polite staff. Rooms are quite spacious with very comfy beds and pillows. Fridge and kettle in room. I was given a room facing a busy road and as I am a light sleeper asked to change rooms which they immediately done. Pool is great. Quite big with sun loungers. Ten min walk to beach and plenty of bars restaurants one min walk. Ten baht bus stops just across the road to City Centre or if needed to the beach area. Definitely VFM and would recommend

the location, balcony and pool. Breakfast was fair, repetitive though. Many ASIAN dishes to suit the Chinese tour groups, not much for Western folks. Many good food places around, including a pie shop and mini supermarket selling British foods just next to the hotel.

Last time they gave us a lift to the bus station, some 400metres away. This time they wanted 200 THB. So we walked it, approx 10 minutes. Given that baht bus costs 10 THB to go all the way to Pattaya, it was rip-off. We will stay here again though!

Friendly & helpful Staff. A family friendly hotel. AC. Good size balcony. Big, nice & clean room. Strong WiFi. Good choice of breakfast buffet. Has a good & relaxed cafe. Good location. Close to bar & restaurants. Can sleep well in the hotel room without much notice from outside bars & restaurants. Close to Jomtien Beach about a 10-minute walk. 7/11 around the corner.
