Staff were superb - let me have a late check out for no additional cost before a long international flight - much appreciated! Airport transfer was great - super easy and FAST, both drivers I had were also very lovely. Good breakfast offered. Room service offered for no additional cost which was a nice touch when travelling and just wanting to chill in room. Comfy bed. Good bathroom.

Marked down on facilities as my aircon stopped working twice, once around 1am, and then again about an hour before I checked out, the heat was intense whilst waiting for it to be fixed during the night (the next day I didn't bother with it as was checking out but it was hot whilst trying to do final pack!). I'd left a bag with the hotel a week earlier before flying to Corn Islands for a week - this was misplaced but eventually found safe and sound, but was concerning when it was MIA!

The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. It includes a great variety of fruits, cheeses, bread and pastries. Also, the omelet bar with eggs cooked to order was great! Service in the breakfast room was excellent, and the coffee, as always in Nicaragua, was outstanding, and can be served with hot milk. The pool looked great but it was raining at the time so I didn't swim.

The furniture in the room was a little worn, but the bed was still comfortable. I didn't like that people could still smoke cigarettes on the property, in the breezeways near guest rooms. It was pretty stinky at one point.

Beautiful and luxurious property. Everything you need right onsite. Resort style service and very friendly staff. Accommodations are excellent and not very expensive considering the location and amenities. Probably a better value over the Best Western Mercedes. I will definitely will return here in the future.

Came in on later flight, and restaurant was closed as well as the casino restaurant was not serving food when I arrived. Not their fault, but would have been exceptional to find something to eat upon arrival.

Staff are very attentive and make everything they can to make your stay great. Fantastic Buffett breakfast with chefs cooking eggs any style. Very close to airport and they will help you organise transportation to/ from. Huge swimming pool and very good size room with great AC. Would stay here again, it’s been the best hotel we’ve stayed in while in Nicaragua and the location is great. Good business center with printer and great Wi-Fi. I had to take a call for work while staying here and facilities were great.

Nothing - it is a great place to stay.

Good location and close to airport. The facilities were fantastic and the staff were fantastic. We had to take and early morning flight so we checked out at 5 am. The breakfast at that time was only coffee and pastry....

The airport taxi is chargeable. With the hotel of this size, it should have free shuttles to the airport. Some hotels around the airport offers packed breakfast if you have to leave early morning... may be something to consider!

Breakfast is always good, staff wonderful

They had a party that was supposed to finish at 6pm, but didn't, My room was next to the pool, and the party kept going on until at eleven o'clock at night I had to call the front desk to get them to turn off the music. Which they did, but then proceeded to make a lot of noise in the hall ways banging on doors and shouting , this issue needs to be addressed.

The pool and sauna are a huge asset. The ice machines in the corridors are very nice, so we always had access to cold water because the water from the tap is drinkable. The breakfast is delicious! The staff is friendly and great!

The pictures on Booking displayed a couch in the room during the room selection but the room was smaller than displayed and there was only 1 nice chair.

Probably the best hotel breakfast experience that I have ever had in my life, comparing to breakfast experiences at fine hotels in Paris, London, Berlin, and some Caribbean hotels. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean rooms and common areas.

There was a guest with some very loud music at the pool area. Would prefer that music is only offered by the hotel or that one of the staff members to have requested the rude guest to control the level of his music. The pool is a very beautiful and peaceful area that should be respectfully enjoyed by all guests.

Lots of space, wonderful pool and great breakfast buffet. The entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Prices are good too and they helped us organizing transportation to and from the airport (5 minutes drive away). I had to take a business call during my stay and the wifi was excellent. They do provide a business center which is very comfortable and convenient.

Nothing - everything was excellent

I liked that the hotel had a sauna and a steam room! It was close to the airport making it very convenient to leave on the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and the room was great as well.

There was no jacuzzi, laundry service is expensive and doesn't happen on sundays. There was an event the night we stayed there which was quite loud.
