It was great to stay in a historic building. The location was great. You can easily walk to nice restaurants on the other side of the river. The surroundings of the place are very nice and you can go for a run or rent a bicycle.

The walls are very thin and you can hear neighbours and the kitchen activities below our room. Breakfast is served quite late and when we left on the last day we didn't get our coffee as promised.

Great place to get away from the big city. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean room, Bed very comfortable, high quality bedding and towels. Beautifully refurbished teak house with four bedrooms on the second floor. Our room was facing the front with private balcony. The main living room area downstairs set up as cafe sitting looking over fantastic greenery in the courtyard and lily pond.

The most amazing staff I have ever met. The hospitality is beyond that of anything I’ve ever experienced paired with a unique Thai atmosphere with beautiful rooms, decor and outdoor garden. Cannot even begin to describe how beautiful everyone and everything was. Definitely a hidden gem worth visiting if you’re ever at phitsanulok.

Beautiful old wooden villa restored with love and adapted to modern standards without hurting the general historic aspect. Friendly service and excellent breakfast. Even though it was very hot, we could stroll through the historic park, cross the river and reach a few good restaurants for dinner.

Very quite neighbourhood. A short quiet walk to Wat Yai and other interesting historic sites. Also close to cafes and some interesting street art, near the Nan river.

I count it a joy to be able to spend a night here during my break from the Chiangmai to Bangkok Train. The hotel helped me with late checkout and the overall staff is very helpful. I had fun communicating to the local staff by translating my words from English to Thai via Google Translate. As for the facility, it is very serene and peaceful area, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Bonus tip: Arrange for a massage at the comfort of your room will leave you recharged!

This hotel is in a beautifully restored building. It is stunning and so comfortable! It was a short walk to the historical site and museum. What made our stay there so special was the manager “Bee”. She was so helpful. She organized dinner for us and took care of all our transportation needs. I can’t say enough about this little hotel. our stay was fabulous.

Beautiful little hotel with a wonderful garden area that is great for relaxing. The owner and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is located in a nice quiet spot beside the Chan royal palace grounds. Our room was very clean.

Right next to Chan Palace which is a major historical attraction makes it very convenient. Peaceful and unique. Very helpful and friendly staff.
