Street noise. We were on the 2nd fl in a street facing room so to be expected I guess. Breakfast was good..just a suggestion to maybe have some local dishes too

Everything was absolutely awesome. The hotel is situated very close to main landmarks and at the same time in a calm place. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and the staff is extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Shaxzoda hotel is unique in decoration of building, I like it, their staffs are polite and helpful, even they don't have buffet breakfast, they serve breakfast in good package. They don't have elevator but now they are preparing and still in progress.

1. Located nor far from the railway station (10-15 minutes by taxi). 2. Very friendly and attentive staff. 3. Spacious and clean rooms. 4. In-house spa and massage facilities.

1. Breakfast food range could be bigger. 2. The single-use slippers could be of better quality. The ones now rip apart in 10 minutes. 3. Hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast. No lunch or dinner service, although this could be because of low season.

An excellent hotel in a good location, and I especially liked the guys at the reception who are very helpful and well educated by the management on how to treat guests. Everyone speaks solid English, which is not very common in Uzbekistan. I recommend the hotel :)

Staff very helpful and friendly. They were fast and responsive to arrange our requests. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast.

Gym not in use

Freshly renovated, we were the first to stay in our room! Probably the most glamorous feeling bougie hotel i've stayed in... would never find at this very reasonable price anywhere else in the world! Everything in the room was immaculate, shower was amazing! Beautiful courtyard view from our twin room with hammock seating to enjoy. Location was excellent many cafes around, Mone was my favourite high quality food. Staff were also extremely kind and helpful. If you dream of staying in a luxe place i would highly recommend!
