The best accommodation we've stayed in for a very long time. Spotless, extremely comfortable and great staff.

The major downside to our stay was the corporate decision to remove both the computers and printers from what they still call their business center. Very bad decision. The assumption that EVERYONE has a smart phone for conducting business is a bad one. Not everyone lives in a city center where smart phones are dominate. There are those of us who, because we live in rural areas where smart phones don't function well (and we are one of these), are forced to live on flip phones, but still travel, need this service however due to a short-sighted decision it's no longer available at these locations.

I love to stay in a very clean environment and feel safe. This hotel was perfect. The only downside was the person above us who repeatedly STOMPED from one end of the room to the other, over and over and over and over… Breakfast was good and there was a good variety to choose from. Will stay again!

It would be nice if those above you were respectful and didn’t feel the need to be overly loud and annoying every day…and all evening…and into the night…

The housekeeping staff were very nice..The front desk person I checked in with never once said hello how are you just give me your ID and CC gave me the keys to my room and that was the end of our interactions.. The next morning go down for breakfast the lady working in the breakfast area doesn't even acknowledge you I said good morning she just kept walking well I was getting my food she was cleaning around me never once said excuse me so each time I had to pick up my stuff and move around her so she wouldn't wipe down my plate..

Clean, comfortable room. The whole building is clean. Breakfast was delicious, and there was good variety.

The fact that not only could I hear the shower on in the next room over, but I could hear the people when I was in our bathroom.

The facility was outstanding- the room was spacious and bright. Wonderful bed and pillows. Very nice staff. The hotel was packed but I still had a great experience. Great job Hampton Inn!

What’s not to like???

Location was ideal, property was clean, well kept and furnished nicely. Location was great for shopping and restaurants close by

Beds were pretty firm, pillows were flat and you had to use two for any kind of support. Shuttle service had a major gap where the other hotel had to run for both properties.

I arrived very early and a room was not ready but the lady at the front desk had me sit comfortably at the lobby and advised me as soon as one was available. I really appreciated that they allowed me to check in early as I was completely exhausted!

The TV didn't work but it didn't bother me as I was out most of the time I was there.

Beds were comfortable . The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Was able to get rested up.

I had thought they had overcharged for the stay, but booking through a third party a deposit was held until checkout. Or that's what was told to my wife. I haven't seen it reconciled in my account yet.

Great complimentary breakfast Bed very comfortable Even though we didn't need all the towels, they were nice and there were plenty of them if needed.

Convenient airport location and yet a dismal neighborhood.

Location too far from Airport, too industrial to feel comfortable and friendly.
