Staff were friendly and when we realised we had accidentally left a bag of purchases behind they located it and kept it safe for us to collect the following day. Beds were comfy (and I am terribly picky as we have a super thick tempur mattress at home and since getting that I hate staying anywhere else as the beds are all so hard but these were good, not too soft but not too firm).

No fridge in room. The price of breakfast. I always resent paying the price for breakfast when all I want is a bowl of yoghurt or fruit. I wish they would do an option for a small breakfast cheaper as not everyone wants to eat so much.

Very helpful, nice staff. At the reception desk you can buy some snacks and drinks. Interesting selection of juwelery close by the reception desk that can be shopped for a last minute present. In the room: Nice rain-shower fully enclosed, coffee machine with capsules, thee bags, little fridge and a safe. The pool was cool, even tho not too big it's with a jet in the middle for swim training. The spa has two tannig beds, a Swedish sauna with 4 beds/benches (dry& or with water for steam) and a Turkish steam bath, also contrast shower fuses. All those are available untill 23 o'clock which is very convenient, especially if you arrive late. Large parking with spots for electric cars.

With 5 adults in the pool it's getting overcrowded even tho this scenario is not very likely to happen often. The small phone lockers in the Spa (not allowed phone use in there for privacy reasons) are all locked without keys on them. The rooms are a bit old school and dark colours. Not the best pillows. Shared balcony for few rooms together (in our case, not sure if all rooms have balcony available).

The room was a lovely size, perfectly clean and comfortable with lots of room to work and doors to the patio area. Breakfast was tip top as always. This is a comfortable hotel and friendly for people travelling alone. The bus from Nijkerk Station stops right outside which is also very handy.

As I was on the ground floor this time, it was a little noisy at night with doors opening and closing. The pillows were too poofy to sleep well and unfortunately the pool was not open :-(

Nice breakfast except I missed some fruit. Great spa facilities. Better shower opportunities at the pool would be good for hygiene in the spa area. Nice and easy location to Amsterdam and other areas. Nijkerk is also a nice city. Great that we could charge our electric car at the parking lot at the hotel.

A bit too loud through the door with even low noises from the hallway. A french group of guests woke us up in the middle of the night because they walked the halls and shouted because they were drunk. A bit silly that the radiator would heat the room, but the air vent in the window would cool the room and the AC would shut down in the middle of the night..? The floor in the bathroom was so ice cold that I had to stand on a towel. The restaurant is a little too expensive for dinner and doesn't have a lot to offer.

First time I've stayed in the dutch countryside and this was a very convenient stop with good breakfast and even a pool and sauna. The one constructive feedback I would give is that there could be way more rocks on the sauna stove, but the fact that it's a real electric stove to which you can throw water is great. Just add some extra rocks and they will hold the heat and produce a smoother steam. The swim in the pool was really nice. Was also nice that the room had a small terrace.

The room was big, comfortable, very clean and well designed. The pool and spa area were open until 23:00, and were very clean and comfortable.

We were forced to upgrade the room because we came with a dog (10€) in addition to paying 20€ per night and it was not mentioned in "Booking". The breakfast could have had more options, it very standard breakfast. The value is a bit low for the price in our opinion.

Broad breakfast, had everything I personally like. Beds and pillows have never been the same as at home, but good enough to get a fair nights sleep. Room was very nice, even air conditioning. Bathroom was good as well, so was the shower.

It took quite a while, multiple hours, before we could feel the air conditioning got controle of the tempature in the room. Not a big deal, but if I had to name something else, we did find a big silverfish inside the room.

First we had a room very far away from reception and lift, the receptionist changed that to comfortable for us elderly. Quiet environment , good for walking and biking. Staff was very friendly. Lunch and breakfast were fine. We did not have dinner there.

I don’t like the coffee/ tea machine, serving is better because by the time you get your breakfast it’s cold or reverse the coffee is cold. But that is now in most hotels unfortunately.

Cleanliness of the entire hotel was superb, great staff, sauna super good, food very good and just the decor and vibe of the hotel was very relaxing. We rented bikes and they are good bikes, complete with pannier

Nothing really, as we were able to bike everywhere. If you have no vehicle or not using bikes, could be problematic as hotel on outer edge of town and a very long walk anywhere. There is a city bus 800 metres from hotel but no buses on weekends. If we have any hotel recommendation, perhaps they could consider a shuttle service.

A really lovely place, felt very plush. Nice small pool which they lend you extra towels to use at and a lovely pancake restaurant down the road in walking distance. Room had 2 toilets and plenty of space given I was expecting us all to be in 1 room (it was split across 2 rooms that were in the same room, rather than 2 separate hotel rooms). Looked to be some lovely walking/cycle routes locally, we were just there to visit Amsterdam so didn’t make use of the local area
