The resturant looked excellent. Sadly my 85 year old husband has a temor and shakes. He regularly drops his food and spills his drinks. He gets very embarrased. We were in Mayenne visiting our daughter and four grandchildren so we had all our meals with the family.

Nothing to add. We very much appreciated help from the staff in putting us on the ground floor disabled room and allowing us to arrive early after our night crossing from Newhaven to Dieppe.

We travelled by Motorcycle and the carpark was safe and gated at night. A bonus for expensive motorcycles. The restaurant in the Hotel was excellent and probably best option for good food in the town. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The rooms were large enough, well equipped and with essential toiletries. Would recommend it and stay again!

Not a fault of the hotel but Sunday evening is completely dead in towns and villages in france. No food or bar available at the hotel on return from travels. However there is a good Pizza place up the hill from the Hotel.

Friendly staff Good restaurant with very affordable menu Rooms are comfortable with necessary basic equipment (hairdryer, kettle with coffee and tea).

No hot water on the first morning Only 1 regular towel (+ 1 bath towel), would need 2.

A huge bedroom with big bathroom, very well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The evening meal was a choice of 2 set menus because it was 14th July (a national holiday). The price was reasonable and the food was delicious. The roses around the outside of the building were gorgeous. The hotel is very central, being right at the end of one of the two bridges, very easy to find, and close to interesting medieval buildings.

I can't criticise anything.

Simple and straightforward hotel room but everything worked to give us a very comfortable and restful stay. Comfortable beds with good linen. Very quiet once we had closed the double glazed windows.

Location near a busy road. Shower was over bath and very low flow.

Restaurant meal was excellent and the restaurant staff very nice and very professional. Free parking, brilliant location with nice outlook staff were very helpful.

Its close proximity to main road make it noisy if we were to open the window.

the staff in this hotel were brilliant, helping non-french speaking Brits understand everything. The food was wonderful, even for set menus (which initially concerned me) Exceptional service from the owner of the property.

The staff were excellent. The receptionist was really helpful as were the waiting staff and the cleaning staff. Assume the Chef and Kitchen staff are too as Dinner was superb. The Continental Buffet breakfast also good, containing everything you might want. The room was very comfortable, with decent sized bath and shower. if in the area again will return.
