Mamatha was an exceptional receptionist, known for her friendly demeanor and outstanding organizational skills. She effortlessly managed the front desk, welcoming guests with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist. Her ability to handle phone inquiries and schedule appointments efficiently made her a valuable asset to the team. Mamatha's attention to detail ensured that the office ran smoothly and her positive attitude contributed to a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and colleagues.

The staff were excellent, including the manager Babu, the manager at the night, and Gautam, the cafeteria in charge. They were always smiling and graciously addressed all our requests. The breakfast was wonderful and the dinner, although we ate only one day, was very good.

A nitpick. The fan in the bathroom wasn't very strong. So it took long time to dry between uses.

The location was good for my work. The breakfast came too late for me because I had work commitment at 8 am. Starting breakfast from 7.30 am would be helpful for early starters.

Adding a kettle and a few coffee/tea bags and making available an additional water bottle would have been good and relatively inexpensive ways of increasing the comfort offered to the weary traveller.

The staff was good! and the condition is also good, variety in foof can be improved, overall a nice stay!

Location.

House keeping needs to be improved. Room was not being cleaned everyday. Room Air Conditioner was not performing effectively. Hotel should allow to order non veg food from outside, if possible .

Apparently non-vegetarian food is not allowed to be consumed inside the hotel. Why don't you mention that in your property policies? Keep your religious beliefs to yourself and don't enforce them on your customers
