It’s a beautiful hotel and location. Where we stayed has a significant historical landmark which I learned that it was originally used to host foreign diplomats, honourable international guests in the Tang Dynasty. All good facilities are nearby.

Nothing, everything was exceptionally good.

The location is fantastic! The Drum Tower is a very short walk away, so is the Bell Tower. The Muslim Quarter and its food market is right around the corner, the metro station is a few minutes away and, by the way, the Xi'an metro is excellent. Very affordable, very clean hotel, it is a great deal when traveling on a limited budget. I would like to mention lovely Miss Spring who was so courteous and helpful and assisted me in finding a taxi when I left, much appreciated!

Well, I had no view, or not a pleasant one, but I asked for a quiet room, and that is what I got, so it really did not bother me.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Xi‘an with the muslim distict and Mosque with Drum and Bell Tower in Walking Distance. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The staff is friendly an forward-looking (The Handle of the Shower Head broke off - was detected by the cleaning lady and repaired within 3 hours). Breakfast was excptional, frehsly cooked and subjected to daily changes.

Just nip-picking: - There was a strong smell of perfume in the lobby; - The washing machines and dryers had very variable times (like more than double the time on the display at the start).

Good breakfast at the hotel, and plenty of choice. The hotel has a very central and good location near the Bell tower and Drum tower, in the middle of the city walls from the Ming dynasty - Xi'an is a BIG city! There is a "flyer" on the bedside table stating that the hotel offers many types of pillows for a good night's sleep - it's the first time I've seen it in a hotel - and a very positive offer. Google maps has the WRONG location of the hotel, and it creates problems for those coming from the airport and having to find the hotel (!) The rooms are much more worn than they appear in the pictures. Poor soundproofing, you can hear the neighbors very well. The doors slam very loudly when people go in and out of the rooms. Very slow WiFi.

Fantastic location, right next to muslim quarter and markets, and historic sights. Also right next to metro stop. It is very good value for the location, great for exploring. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast is included, the food is ok. It starts very early 6:30 which is great if you have an early start.

The most important issue for us is there is no safe in the room. We carried our valuables around with us all day. The doors slam, so if you’re a light sleeper, you are awakened with constant banging of doors in the early morning whilst people are heading out. The hotel is a bit old, but clean.

Looking at the map this seemed to be the best hotel in the best location and we weren't disappointed! First a nice young lady called Spring welcomed us, our room had a great view over the Muslim quarter and plenty of amenities, the beds were the most comfy of our trip and the breakfast buffet was also one of the best. It's a bit old fashioned but all done well. Indeed a great location near the night market alleys, great mosque, drum tower and subway. By the way, in our map it was called the 'Jinjiang West Capital International Hotel' if you can't find it in yours.

The swimming pool was in a different building and public, so not exactly what we expected (don't forget a swim cap).

Despite the fact that English was very limitedly used, the staff gave great service. Everyone. From the doormen to the housekeepers, the receptionists, the customer service are wonderful, helpful & polite. The amenities are good. They function properly. We went during winter (as low as -8°C). Lo and behold, hot water is 24/7 endless supply. There is a shallow bathtub too. Good for soaking away aches & pains. Although we did not use the swimming pool or gym, there is a free laundry room located on the third floor of the hotel. They provided 3 washing machines, 2 dryers, hangers, iron, ironing board & also steamer. The location is heaven sent. Turn to the right & walk straight, there is the Xi'an Wall. Along the way, there is a pharmacy which we dropped by twice. There is also a small path selling a myriad of halal foods. Turn to the left, there is City of God Temple, Muslim Market Street, Muslim Quarters, Drum Tower & Bell Tower. There is also a Metro station Guangjijie exit A1. 1minute walk at the left from the hotel entrance. My husband & i have already planned to stay here again next winter. Although we will vusit Harbin, Lanzhou & Xinjiang too, Jin Jiang West Capital International Hotel will be our base for our China trip.

No aircon during winter. We stayed there for 10days. The first night, i slept in sweat. Had to open both windows & request for a fan. They happily obliged & we used it to suck in cold air into the room. Although there are halal foods available surrounding the hotel, how we wished the hotel do serve halal food. There are days when we woke up hungry, but still have to get ready & only get food outside.

The hotel is situated in the Muslim quarter of Xi'an's old town. It is just a ten-minute walk from the metro station, and several bus stops are even closer. The exterior of the hotel features traditional Chinese roofs, while the lobby is spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff was helpful and hospitable, always available to answer any questions we had. Our room was clean and comfortable, boasting a spacious and cozy bed. The breakfast offered a continental selection, including a wide variety of Western and Chinese dishes. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was great for the price we paid. The location was excellent, close to the muslim quarter, bell-tower, city-wall ,etc. The room was great for the price we paid and personnel was helpful, even though they we not able to speak English. The self-service laudry room is very good. It was easy to wash cloths and hang them for drying. I also just would like to mention that staff member "John Yang" was very helpful in ansering our questions. He is the only staff member, who can speak understandable English.

As an "International" hotel, it would would benefit the organisation if the service staff are able to communicate in English. The are of the swimming pool could have been improved to international standards.

This Hotel Is a Top! Looks like a 5 stars ! For me was a very nice Surprise! Very elegant! The Staff speak English and they are soo kindness tò help in anything you Need! I want tò Say thanks tò Wendy Mao, Jerry Zhao and the star of the lobby Spring Chang! The room Is top! Very clean, spacious, free frigobar rifornite every day, the view of my Window with all the lights of Xian was Fantastic! The breakfast the best! High Quality of the food! And a lot of choices! Very good location, metro 3 minutis by foot...Perfect tò visit Xi an! A lot of restaurants and caffes around the hotel !
