The location and the housekeeping is excellent. The staff are friendly especially mr ethan chai who helped us to make our stay comfortable and went out of his way to ensure our safe trip to the airport. He is only among a few staff that can understand english though not much. Thank you ethan for making our stay at the hotel wonderful. There is also tea served from 2-5 pm which is wonderful.

There is no access to the outside as the window has access to the airwell only. There is hardly natural light that come into the roon.

Am very happy with my stay in Novotel Bell Tower. Excellent location. Room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Nice touch of complimentary afternoon tea with light snacks. Front desk reception staff are helpful. A special call out for the lady staff (刘巍) who manages the tour desk. She is extremely helpful and went beyond her call of duty very early one morning to help me sort out an issue on the museum tickets. I will definitely stay here again.

We really liked the location and it was within easy walking distance to restaurants and local sight seeing areas. We got a suite and really liked the room set up which was modern and clean. The guest laundry and gym were basic but very convenient.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable and despite, plenty of "no smoking" signs everywhere, our room and corridors smelled like smoke.

Location ( right in front of metro exit and lots of restaurants and shops), toilet, shower, room size (privilege king), pillows( one hard and one soft). Didn't use other facilities, so I can't comment. Staff friendly - from reception to cleaning staff.

Not enough closet space. Doors (including shower and toilet) slam loud. More western options for breakfast, please.

I like the free high tea offered by the hotel. Very thoughtful to offer small bite and red dates tea for the guests. The staff is extremely helpful with my query.

The hotel should not shut the aircon off during winter. The room is very stuffy without the aircon.

The location is amazingly good!

The room has a slight sewer smell but it can be masked wt a freshener.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and inviting, with a warm atmosphere that made me feel at home. The location was unbeatable, close to everything I needed.

Full service hotel, nice staff, willing to make the guests as comfortable as possible. The location is very good. I rate this hotel 5 star
