I absolutely loved Quality Inn. I have 3 issues but not Bad Reviews. I wish the prices were down a little. But most Importantly we need More Handicap Accessible Rooms with Walk Inn Showers. As well as the Carpet!!!! It has been there a long time and should Def be removed and replaced with a newer more cleaner carpet. Other than those few things this place will be Top Notch. I love the Ned's they are super comfy with great pillows and overall the entire room is pretty clean. Thanks Quality Inn for a great stay for my little family. The Staff are super friendly and don't mind helping if you need something. Even more than once, they were still kind every time!!!! I was Always Stocked with what I needed.

Carpet, More Walk In Showers for Accessibe Rooms, and lower prices.

We needed a place to rest our heads for the night after traveling from Maryland for a baby. It was conveniently located. I was pleased with the clean, comfortable and spacious room. The bed was comfortable too. The checkin lady was extremely pleasant and helpful. We forgot to bring tape to wrap our gifts and she gave us some. The checkout guy was a little off putting but pleasant enough I guess.

We only had one problem and that was the bathroom door. It was difficult to secure and once you got it secured it was then difficult to get out of the bathroom. The door handle just needs to be fixed. I reported it when I left because that’s a safety issue. Otherwise it was all good.

The Inn was clean and comfortable. Especially pleased to see BOTH a fridge AND a microwave, which allowed for warming left overs. And, while smoking is being taboo, it was nice to have smoking rooms available, almost unheard of now.

It was obvious that the room we were given had seen some difficult times. The latch was broken off the inside of the external door, and the bathroom was ajar from having been broken, which led to be being difficult to have privacy within. A fresh coat of paint in the bathroom would be apprciated as well. There were several marks and a dinginess to it.

Breakfast was a little lacking. We chose not to have anything.

I didn't feel like it was a safe area. When I arrived at the office to check in, I had to wait for the desk clerk to come unlock the door to let me in. It was still light out! Then there was apparently some drama overnight because someone's belongings were thrown about all around the top level. It just felt like we should have our guard up and be extra careful.

Management and Employees were super nice!

They need more parking. Several work vehicles in the parking lot taking up numerous spaces for one vehicle. Also house keeping is knocking on your door at 8 or 830 when check out time is not until 11.

The hotel was near all the food establishments. Only 8 or 9 miles from Carolina Horse Park which we were attending a horse show. Nice little town with friendly people. Mattresses were nice and firm and the room was clean.

Full time live ins at the hotel. A little noisy but not disrespectful. We understand the situation. We only stayed one night. Hotels that have outside facing doors are always noisier than hotels that have all interior rooms. We could smell cigarette smoke from outside and someone was smoking a little pot as well.

The lady was so very helpful, thoughtful, pleasant. We love staying here. The room was very clean, beds are oh so soft. Plenty of soft linens. Wonderful !!

The pool wasn't open yet.

Breakfast was small but very clean area, good and sufficient choices.

Housekeeping walked into the room before check out time. She said she knocked however we were up getting dressed and never heard a knock. Not even an apology.

front desk clerk was very nice and the lady that helped me with my jewelry was very nice I will come back and it was Quite I needed this Thank you staff for making me comfortable

Breakfast was fair they advertised a hot breakfast. But the hot breakfast was a waffle or toast which was the only things that were hot. Otherwise it's your basic Continental breakfast.

Not having a real breakfast. The room was great.
