Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Covered garage for the car. Clean room. Warm room. Great view.

The garage costs an extra CHF 15 a day. Otherwise there are some outside spaces but they were all taken when we visited. There was no fridge and no kettle in the room. The breakfast was a let down; No croissants! No buns, rolls or pastries. No cooked food apart from boiled eggs but you must boil the egg yourself. No cooked sausages, no cooked bacon, etc. If you don't need an early breakfast, I would recommend you go across the road to the cafe instead.

This trip was excellent. Every staff member from the customer service, front of the house, back of the house, cleaning staff, and kitchen staff were above reproach and conducted their respective duties with excellence. Bruno made our stay perfect from the start. All our questions were answered on short notice. Bruno made my wife's birthday a surprise stay. 😮 The meals, breakfast, and suppers were delicious. Hotel on the mountain, small town, very steep drive up the mountain roads. Once checked in, and go out for a walk to shops. Amazing mountain views everywhere. Fresh air too.

Breakfast was included, but too limited; more options should be available, including gluten-free.

I like that it had a parking and free breakfast. restaurant is basic, room was spacious, beds are ok. Location is in the mountain. People are friendly and helpful

City tax is very expensive compared to the other cities weve been. Leysin is almost 3 hours drive to grindelwald but lots to do in leysin itself

Perfect one night stay for Leysin Toboggan park and our journey to Grindelwald. It was roughly 10 minutes walk to the train stop (with luggage & small kids) and 10 minutes walk to toboggan park. There is a bus stop right outside the accommodation to and from the train stop & toboggan park however we didn't get to try. The rooms were excellent.

Dinner was fabulous, with enough choices, I do keep kind of diet but I found all waht I needed. Very good quality of food and warm meals!!!! Nice staff, exceptional Chefs and restaurant/ buffet personnel. Very good quality of bread, according with my daughter, very good quality of tea and food, meat, yogurt, fruits at the dinner, all!

Excellent location and parking. The room was warm,clean and a good size. Good continental breakfast in the room price. We had bikes with us and we able to securely store them at the hotel.

Decore was a little tired in places, but not enough to bother us.

Poor soundproofing. Shower unpredictable, going from good temperature to boiling hot then to cold without warning.

The hotel staffs were really very nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good quality food, ham cheese, bread and caffee were all surprising good. Wonderful location.

The facilities were indeed quite old.

Female staff member who welcomed me, I didn’t get her name unfortunately, but she was so welcoming and helpful after a long day of driving. It also has a garage to park your car in.

Possible a choir group singing traditional Swiss songs quite early in the morning could be heard in my room.
