Location was great for a trip to Argentina. The staff were really friendly, especially one person who had very short hair and was the host at the restaurant on 28 July. We saw them again on 30 July waking through the lobby and they were still raising so much joy. I wish I'd caught their name as they really brightened up our stay. Buffet breakfast and dinner were convenient and the rooms were comfortable with everything we needed

The hotel had a good structure, the room was spacious, the bed was very big and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to do early check-in 5h before. The breakfast selection was also good.

Only three minor minuses: - there was not even one bottle of water included on the price of the room - we had a room for people with special needs, so the toilet was not comfortable to use - the drainer in the shower drained water quite slowly, so quite some water would stay while showering

Good location at the main road junction between the airport, the city, and the Argentine side. Logistically, therefore, a very good option for a short stay linked to a visit to the waterfalls.

Poor view from the window of the renovated part of the pool surroundings. But this is a temporary inconvenience.

Great architeture, including rooms, swimming pool, lounge. Good breakfast. Amazing experience. Staffs very respectiful. Great cost benefit, according hospedage date.

The parking could have more shade, but it is available and easily accessible to customers. The remaining items were in agreement and satisfactory.

Excellent hotel. We stayed two nights. The lobby is large and beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and the shower pressure and water temperature were excellent. The breakfast/dinner room is big and the buffet dinner was really good and convenient when you just want to have dinner and go upstairs to bed. Would absolutely stay here again if I were to return to Iguazu.

The hallways lights are motion controlled and pitch black sometimes and there was a drunk man on the 2nd floor that was grabbing me and trying to hug me and kiss my feet but this is not the fault of the hotel.

Great location to the Brazil Falls and airport. Clean and modern. Breakfast was the best, so many options with freshly cooked tapioca, boiled eggs, fresh fruits and various types of coffee. Nice swimming pool to relax. Housekeeping was polite.

We had to switch one of our 2 rooms right after check in due to bad location and lack of electrical outlet near the bed needed for a medical device. Bellman very accommodating to move our things. Front desk and gift shop employees were friendly. Glad they spoke Spanish and/or English.

The breakfast selection was great! The restaurant was clean and beautiful, but the woman attending the coffee and food had an attitude on both mornings. A smile and a bom dia goes a long way, unfortunately she could improve I’m that area.

The saunas were not working. That area of the hotel needs serious maintenance. Gym not working (you could enter, but the machines, ac and tv were not turning on). Game tables lacking materials. Spider webs where the balls should be at the fussball table and no air hockey puck.

At the restaurant during breakfast, there was a guard constantly watching to make sure you didn't take any food, not even fruit, which was very frustrating.
