I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Mura during my visit to Pyeongchang for the 2024 GangWon Winter Youth Olympic Games in January 2024. I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the hotel's prime location to the warm and genuine hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the location of the hotel was simply perfect. Situated in the heart of Pyeong Chang town, it offered easy access to all the major attractions and landmarks. A simply 5 minutes drive will arrive the Pyeong Chang Winter Olympic Museum. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel right at home. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and provided valuable information about the city. They were always available to answer any questions or assist with any requests, making the overall experience truly personalized and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It had all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, my stay at [Hotel Name] was fantastic. The combination of its prime location and the genuine hospitality extended by the staff made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pyeongchang and looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I can't wait to return and experience it all over again.

Basement carpark has only 10 parking space which is not enough when the hotel is full, but you could always park outside the streets nearby the hotel.

Great location to reach Yongpyong resort but also have a village vibe as it is in the middle of the town. Room and bathroom spacious and tidy, with all the necessary amenities provided

Not having any sort of breakfast option. You have to go outside (but a couple of bakeries are about 300m away). Also, beware dining options are quite limited in the surroundings. The restaurant on the second floor (independent from the hotel) is meat-heavy, group-oriented. For solo travelers or couples might be a small problem, but I guess only in case of long stays.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were fabulous, solved all my queries and requests and bent over backwards to help me get around. Good location, easy to find and access.

No breakfast available at the hotel. This is a reflection of Korean customs but that was tough. The pillows were a bit hard and uncomfortable.

This is a nice hotel located close to restaurants and coffee shops as well as a short walk to the bus terminal. It's a simple hotel with very few amenities, but a good value.

If you are looking for simplicity, this hotel is great. If you want a lot of amenities and services, this isn't the place for you.

Location was near enough to the ski resorts, but still had to take taxi as it is the most convenient. Several food options nearby the hotel, but many of them only opens at night

Very spaceous and brilliant service. The receptionist was very helpful with advice. It was winter time and very cold outside, but the room was always in perfect temperature.
