Breakfast was great! Lots of options that weren't disgusting or too processed. Loved how everything was set up. The receptionists were very nice. The room was really clean and the place was quiet. I like the security cameras in the side parking lot closest to the mall. That was a bit concerning, but seeing them there and being able to park close by was great.

I mean, there were lots and lots of kid activity outside, but I don't mind that. It was a bit loud, though. Really it was more to do with the other people staying because the hotel was great. Lots of weed smokers lol.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful everytime I visit. They are the reason I keep coming back time after time. They always see to any problem or issue with a friendly attitude and a genuine understanding on how to address and get them fixed in a timely manner

The only issue I had this round was the AC I know that there were issues, but the portable AC unit is not as quiet as the normal AC which for the first couple of nights did not let me sleep well.

Clean and quiet place with a basketball court, a swimming pool that’s operates till late night, plus an open barbecue place. Close to the Willowbrook shopping Mall and to many shopping and eating places around. It’s a place like home, so cool and refreshing. Delicious breakfast. Hospitable staff! It’s a place to wind out with family. Highly recommended

I liked the professionalism of majority of the staff and willingness to help with any issues.

My overall experience was was really good. The only hiccup was that I had was when I was checking in and provided my card. One of the staff thought that the payment didn't go through and proceeded to send the payment through again as I told him that it did go through because I received a notification on my phone and showed it to him. My bank had sent the notification of the charge to my phone. I was not happy and told him that he needs to put the money back and reverse the charges. While he proceeded to credit my account back, this could have been avoided had he listened. Other than that one issue, which I am sure was a one-off I enjoyed my stay and would encourage others to book at this hotel.

The room was roomy, the AC was cold, the front desk lady Sarah was amazing, and the beds were comfy. I'd stay here again.

It was a bit dusty and my allergies kept bothering me. The carpet had stuff on it, like behind and around the beds. The elevators were very slow and HOT.

The staff was great and very friendly and was always happy to help with whatever I needed and made sure I felt safe when I was outside smoking at night really late and always checked on me and if I had any concerns they were right there to answer them and always had a smile and a good morning and good night

There were a lot of teens that were very disturbing and disrespectful to the staff and other guests but the staff stayed on top of it and made sure they were taken care of I was concerned for their safety at times when there was only one staff

Staff were very friendly and professional and the room was clean and had a very nice fragrance.

I didn't like the very strong dog smell throughout the hallways and the dogs barking throughout the night

Amazing place, great hosts, great location, comfy beds, nice breakfast, family friendly, great barbecue, nice basketball court, close to Willowbrook mall. It’s a place to be. Will definitely come Back!

Beautiful property. Love the fact that they checked the parking lot to make sure people parked were guest. Nice location. w/ Ez pass you can get anywhere in a timely fashion. Breakfast. Staff! The pool area !!

sanitizer station wasn’t working.

I loved the continental breakfast, so many choices and it was all delicious! Also having access to the fireplace and outdoor grill was awesome. Just wish we would have stayed more than 1 night.

The room was not the cleanest it could have been. There were mens underwear in one of the drawers and a hair in the soap holder.. but easy fixes and everything else appeared clean
