Wonderful location. Great to have a balcony overlooking the river.

We originally were given a room on the lower level. It seemed like it was the basement level? The room was very musty and smelled quite damp. From the balcony or patio area you could not see the river. But the smell was very overpowering. Due to health issues I asked for a different room. While the smell wasn’t as strong it still smelled musty. The woman at the front desk was helpful. Great location. It was great to watch deer from the balcony and watch the river. There wasn’t any breakfast available. It would’ve been nice to have had coffee, juice etc. available.

Clean, safe. Clerk was most helpful in her recommendations/conversation about the area. Free ice, free windshield cleaner (for bugs). Loved that the balcony looked at the river. Two elk decided to hang out one evening just below our balcony!!

I was arriving really late at the first night and, as i didn't have phone signal on the way, i really worried about not able to get into the room upon arrival but I found the envelope with my name on the reception door which made my late check-in a smooth one. The room is clean and warmed up before my arrival and i would say the view of my patio was amazing and it has a panorama view of the yellow stone river. The location is also another feature that i want to mention. It is just few minutes walk to the north gate area of the yellow stone park and it has easy access to cafe, restaurants and gift shops within the village. I found a free charger provided by Yellow Stone Forever and it is only 500 meters away and i can have my tesla charged for the night and pick it up in the morning with only 8 minutes walk. I was not expecting the room to be like a luxury one with paying approximately $300 CAD per night as it was still the peak season in yellow stone and the stay really worth the money as i saved a lot of time to have access to the parks in two days.

The location was perfect for us. So close to the park. Loved the deck. Enjoyed a cocktail or coffee out there. Loved walking across the bridge to different businesses. And to the Conoco across the street for tea and snacks.

They didn’t have laundry facilities as seen in a Google search but they told us about a laundromat in town that was great!

Great balcony with beautiful view of river. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Appreciated fridge and microwave. Nice front desk staff.

The towels were low quality/non-absorbant. Housekeeping didn't come in after we left any of the three days. We would've at least liked coffee pod refills.

It was quiet, beds were comfortable and was a quick walk to downtown. The balcony was a great bonus to watch the river, was very buggy in the evening though.

We enjoyed our stay, didn’t dislike anything. It would be nice if they added a water bottle refill station in the office though.

I was not expecting the hotel to be on the river -- what a TREAT! The sound was SO relaxing. I was not expecting a balcony to enjoy the view - that was a treat, too! From our balcony we saw a family of 4 deer grazing at the river's edge. It was magical!

Everything was fine, I really have no complaints or suggestions. if I have to come up with something, maybe a few more hand towels in the room. Everything else was great!

Location was sublime. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were excellent! Was happy to see you, gave us sound advice about where to eat and what to do when checking in. And then checking out another staff member was really helpful. Cannot fault!

The Absaroka Lodge is a wonderful place to stay. It's right above the Yellowstone River with great views of the river, town, and bridge. It's central to everything and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the gas station. It's a quiet, quaint location, frequently visited by elk right on your back porch area!

Everything! The room was extremely clean and smells amazing! The room is in front of the Yellowstone River and the view is astonishing... from the sunrise to the sunset... The front desk staff was amazing with me and my husband. Surprisingly, he speaks Portuguese! I forgot his name, but he was awesome with us...
