The staff was so nice and friendly. The hotel is kept very clean for the most part and our room was honestly great! The free breakfast was delicious and definitely a plus. I loved that they offer shower gel since most hotels don’t, and they had a great set up for the shampoo and conditioner, it was parben free and sulfate free and etc; that was definitely great and it smelled amazing! Definitely will book again next year!

There was a few specks of Stuff in the bathroom and the shower faucet was a tiny bit loose, nothing really that bothered me too much, i honestly would 1000% stay here again😁!

The staff was ABSOLUTELY AH-MAZING. From housekeeping, to front desk, and facilities; every single staff member were professional, personal and truly cared about provided outstanding service to my family. At my time of check-in, I was allowed to check in several hours early with no complaints. She offered Anna Maria Island for me to visit (which I LOVED.) I really wish I had gotten her name. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable, and pool nice and clean. I will definitely book here again.

Everything was GREAT!

Breakfast was okay. Loved the waffles. Sausage was cold. Egg on muffin pretty good. The dining area very comfortable not the normal table and chair set. Layout of food was very nice. Water at desk upon check in was great. Only 3 valet carts so we had to make 2 trips. The next morning there was only in the lobby. Front desk said they looked for the other 2 and where unable to find them. As we were checking out 2 doors down what should appear but one of the missing valet carts. It looked like to us that they kept in their room all night so they could use in the morning. How selfish those two people were to think they were the only ones who matter.

Perhaps more valet carts.

Breakfast was amazing! Room was beautiful and spacious. It was immaculate everywhere. Loved the toiletries! Great location for places to visit on our vacation! Would stay again!

The only issue we had was the third night. During that day, a painter was there, and the fumes from the paint permeated to the entire building. Our room in the 4th floor was unbearable. My husband was sick from the smell, and I had a terrible headache. We ended up sleeping in our car. We are hoping for some compensation for that night.

The breakfast was a typical buffet of average quality, what I expected so no disappointment. The staff was excellent and couldn't have been better.

Pillows way too soft for my liking, I didn't ask for firmer ones so that's on me. Both my wife and I had bug bites on our necks when we got home so I assume it was from our stay. Otherwise the room was clean and everything worked as it should

Overall a great stay I believe it's either a new building or newly renovated either way ,everything was all but brand new and very clean . Breakfast was the usual standard but the woman that cooked the potatoes went out of her way to m.ake some that cooked a bit longer in case you like the taters soft or with a bit of a crunch ....overall great ppl. I had 2 rooms between my wife and 6 teenage girls they all enjoyed the stay

No indoor pool ,it was one of the reasons we chose this place and it was kind of a let down for the girls

The breakfast was excellent compared to other hotels we have stayed in. We stayed for 2 days and the breakfast the following day was different from the first day, we loved that Hampton changed it up. The woman at the front desk was awesome, she remembered our names and called us by name when we returned from a wedding reception we attended.

The toilet in our room kept running and didn't flush properly.

The toilet seat is loose. Need to fix it. No pot for boiling water. Inconvenient. Nite time the coffee and hot water across from main desk are not hot

Hot & cold brkfst item choices, juices, coffee. Plenty of charging outlets for devices in the room. Only been open 4 mo so very nice, clean, quiet, staff is awesome.

Extra big towels in the handicap accessible bthrm for stepping out onto. One more hand rail to exit from shower would be good. Designed well for a w/c user but the incline is a bit risky for an unsteady ambulatory person.

I liked the peace and quiet, it wasn't noisy. Breakfast was ok, and the room seemed to be clean.

The shower wasn't very hot, tv mount and tv wasn't functioning properly. The room was a bit pricey, not worth the value!
