The staff was amazing, especially those at the check in desk! We appreciated the welcome champagne glass, and the pet friendly-ness of this location. There was a pet drinking fountain just inside the lobby, fresh made cookies on a table, our pets were welcome upstairs on the balcony and the live music was fun. Food on the rooftop was delicious. Hotel room was spacious and clean! Absolutely loved our stay and have already recommended to a few dog-owner friends.

There were no on-site pet relief areas, however there is a huge shaded park about a 5 minute walk away. There were A LOT of homeless people at the park, and a few approached my mom and I while walking our dogs there. They were friendly and we were not overly bothered, however I might be nervous walking there in evening hours (especially if i was alone).

There was an issue with our room and a roof leak. The staff gave us the option to rebook elsewhere or reduce the rate. They were super apologetic and incredibly responsive to our needs. We opted to stay and while we got a heavy rain for about an hour and there was a leak. All the staff were attentive, apologetic and helpful and kept thanking us for our understanding. Way to handle a situation! Well done!

paying $39 a night for parking when there is a public parking lot across for $20 a night, you should notify the costumers that they have an option to choose, put it on your booking info, we did not know it only after we come into the valet parking of the hotel.

Location for this property is great! It’s new so it’s very clean. I felt the staff were all friendly. Our room was out of shower gel, I called the front desk and more was promptly given at our door. It’s asthetically pleasing. Shower was cool, and great smelling products in the shower.

I wish that valet was included in the price per night, the room is already spendy- or if they validated parking for the deck across the street.

Location is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants. Place was super clean. Staff very friendly. If you are looking for a St. Pete vacation or just a convenient place to stay, give it a shot. There are some negative reviews on this hotel but that is because they are brand new and probably opened too soon.

The valet was backed up, and expensive, but overall worth it.

The hotel and the room looked sharp. The room was spatious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Very nice bathroom and shower. There was a safe, a coffee machine and a fridge. Nice location. Very nice gym and well equipped.

There is only a valet parking option available, which is twice as expensive as parking across the street.

Very attractive contemporary design and furnishings. Furniture was all very comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Exercise room was. Well equipped.

Would have preferred carpet on the floors which were cold and uncomfortable.

Modern, clean, and spacious room. Nice amenities (pool, restaurant, bar). Reasonably prices rooms. Perfect proximity to all the downtown sites. Friendly desk staff.

Bar staff was aloof and a bit rude. Onsite parking, but valet only ($32/night).

Location was convenient for walking to several locations that we wanted to visit. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping was slow and so we never did get our room serviced (it was so late in the day that we asked them not to bother).

Great location, easy to walk to restaurants, etc. and to the St.Pete IndyCar race, which is why we were in town.
