The staff was very friendly & helpful! The location is great-Table land is at 25 mins walk, as are other popular scenic places. The food was good too, no complaints there! Didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool but it looked lovely and nice walk around, in the evening after dinner. Nice gardens on premises!

The facilities could definitely be better- AC, hot water & the overall cleanliness. But most importantly, it was super loud in the evenings, sometimes until midnight, since our room was next to the 'conference hall'. The songs playing was great, but I just wish they didn't go on until midnight; or at least I was given the option to avoid this room during the time of booking.

The resort is vary spacious and the rooms are big too. Cleanliness is maintained. Main campus where lawn and swimming pool is there is quite good. The staff is very friendly and keeps respect. Small play zone near reception is good for hanging around and to do some activity like carrom, chess, table tennis etc. The breeze coming in the evening was fantastic and refreshing. Amidst of nature and a feel good property to hang around with family.

They should improve on food. A very good breakfast will make this resort fantastic with good value. Swimming pool should have some restrictions to use Swimming costumes. Its difficult for resort staff to tell each an everyone to use costume and take shower before entering in. But this is an area of improvement for the resort. Its a very small thing compared to other facilities offered by the resort.

Located at decent location, and it was a pet friendly hotel which was our utmost requirement. Staff behaviour was polite and good. Services provided was good.

Could be maintained more cleanliness. Washrooms had water flowing issue. Toilet flush was not properly functional.

The exotic location and ambience, Room arrangement, rooms are spacious, inside views are good. Hotel is certainly good but reception staff will spoil its reputation. Very professional staff required to handle reception and customer services.

1.The reception staff, particularly untrained female staff. No idea of customer services. Reception staff give very dry response when customers arrive at reception, they keep waiting for long time till there very slow formalities completes, even though it was prebooked. Experience was quite irritating. 2.Restaurant cleanliness is a issue. Rest is o.k. 3.Bathroom slippers and Bathroom hair dryer is must at hotels in hill stations, drying hair without hair dryer is difficult particularly for females. 4. Bill not issued, promised will email later but they did not. 5.I stayed here for 2 days , 3 rooms.

Big place, spacious rooms, really nice staff. Ample water in the rooms.

Bathrooms didn't have basic stuff like toothpaste. Felt it was a bit dusty at certain spots. Mood was meh. No 24/7 hot water.

The place was clean..rooms were spacious...if the play area would have been more organised, then it would be perfect. Overall, a nice place to spend time with family.

The play area was not that good...there were not enough games and the interior was also not giving the araa vibes.

The location of the hotel is very natural, the swimming pool and lawn enhances the beauty of the hotel..that overall beauty of the hotel i liked so much.Clean and spacious room.

I called multiple times to provide water bottles in the room. The option of room sizes was not available while booking the room online.
