First time staying at the Wingate, and we were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and the personal service at breakfast. Our room looked brand new - like we were the first to ever stay there. I was quiet and relaxing. No external noise from the hallway or outside in the parking lot.

We usually get a two room suite, but this hotel didn't have any so we ended up having to get a king one room. It would be nice if you had a few two room suites to offer guests. Also, there isn't a pool, so that puts off families that might want to stay there.

This was our first time ever staying at a wingate hotel. Our stay was 2 nights! I have stayed at lots of hotels including fancier ones as well, and this location exceeded all of my expectations!! The atmosphere is super relaxing, and very minimalistic. Hotel is super clean, staff are very friendly/knowledgable, fridge is very spacious compared to most hotels, and beds and pillows are super comfortable!!! Not only is this such a great hotel, but its right around the corner from a loves gas station that has literally anything you can think of that you would forget at home! The loves gas station also has a dog park which is super convenient since the hotel is pet friendly! 1000/10 Stars!

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. It had a nice breakfast. This hotel was very easy to get to and very close to gas stations and McDonald's. The staff was very friendly, and check-in and out were quick and easy.

I did not care for the breakfast meat and the sausage gravy. The gravy was runny, and it should be thick. The bacon was turkey bacon, so I had to get sausage if I wanted any meat. The rest of the food was good, and there was an adequate amount.

My son and I stayed at the hotel because of location, clean reasonable accommodation. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in the elevator with a gentleman that worked for the hotel and he was friendly and funny. The front desk and housekeeper were very friendly and helpful. It made a difference since we were dealing with family issues, even though they were unaware of what we were dealing with. It was nice to have someone say good morning, have a nice day. Your staff is excellent and because of that reason we are staying at the location when we return in June.

I really liked the walk-in shower with soap, shampoo and cream rinse in pump dispensers. The choice of Dove cucumber scent was a good choice for someone who is sensitive to strong smells. I also liked having both a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Having a Keurig coffeemaker in the room was also very nice.

The eggs at breakfast were very rubbery and flavorless. The other breakfast items were good though.

Caulk in the bathroom is always one of those things that looks moldy and dingy - same here. They wouldnt let us park our motorcycles up close to keep an eye on them. Many hotels will allow it as long as we are not in the fire area. The front desk clerk was very kind to explain that it was a management decision not hers. The price was ridiculous. We tried to book it for $100 on the Wyndham site but it wouldnt go through, then tried again for $146 then $164 and then finally at midnight it booked for $196! We were on motorcycles and over tired. Very frustrating to say the least

Beds were so comfy, we slept through breakfast. Everything was very nice and clean. Loved that there was a magnifying make up mirror in the bathroom. The shower on/off/temperature handle was in a very convenient location, away from the water spicket. Very nice, so you can turn water on and adjust temp without getting wet.

They need brighter lights in the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Our room was pretty clean and the location was pretty good also. I'd say we will definitely be back. I'd give the whole stay and staff a 5 ⭐ and The young lady that was doing the breakfast was Awesome and the food was pretty good. The staff and the young lady all was extremely nice.

The bed was very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The room and bathroom appeared clean.

Breakfast was pretty much standard selections The cheese omelet was barely warm when served, The coffee was not the best quality. I had stayed at this hotel once before and the coffee was much better tasting,

It is a very clean hotel. A bit noisy because of the location, that said the location is very convenient right off the highway. I like that they have a fitness center.

The breakfast staff was not happy to be at work. She was very frustrated when told that the decaf coffee was cold. And tossed a container out of frustration. They don’t seem to be able to match prices to booking.com.
