The breakfast offered so many items that would please everyone. I liked the eggs that were cooked so perfect.

We had an issue in room 407 with the toilet, called around 5:45, was informed someone would be up directly and went down around 6:30 to go out, asked about when someone would be up, was told the maintenance person would be leaving, but instead go up. The problem was with inside the tank, which was explained in the call that water was coming out from under the tank lid but was not fixed. so, we fixed by taking off the lid and put the small hose back in.

The hot breakfast was amazing and the staff were so friendly, overall it was a beautiful hotel!

The pool was closed most of our stay which is a big reason we booked this hotel, my 2 year old was not happy at all… very disappointed about that and the bathrooms are not very clean as there was a lot of hair/pubic hair all around the tub and floor

Everything.Smithfield is a quiet small with basic fast food and grocery stores within walking distance of the hotel.Sussex is less than 10 minutes away where all of your nice restaurants are.My double queen room was as big as a small studio apartment.Will always stay here whenever I have to come back to Smithfield.

We are grateful that breakfast was offered- however it can improve with quality of products… and I didn’t see hash browns at the time of visit…. Healthier choices is always better!!

Most everything seemed sugary vs healthier. Again needs to have more quality of products such as the quality of eggs or bacon truly been cooked vs cooked then reheated … not bland to appease everyone vs bold and great taste and people can pick from that.

The front desk receptionist presented us with a smile and pleasant demeanor and was also very helpful. I believe her name was Netajah.

I could not enter the side door with my key card. It requested a mobile key to open the door. I had left my phone in the room.

Was a good experience.

I was at the front desk for 15 minutes before someone came to check me in. I was behind the counter trying figure out how to check myself in. The prices ofnthe rooms due to the snow storm seemed excessive.

It was a comfortable, clean motel. Nothing extraordinary, but it was also very solid and reasonable priced. Like I said Very comfortable and the staff were very helpful

Breakfast was great. The lady who checked us in was exceptionally helpful. There was a problem with our reservation that she handled quickly and efficiently.

We liked everything about the hotel.

I loved the team & the attentiveness. The space was welcoming & very nice.

The room doors had a bend on it. They should fix that

Close location to wedding we were attending. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet.
