The staff members were nice and helpful.

The sofa was dirty and old. The phone was not working. The bedding was wrinkled and old. Looked like 1990s. Should be remodeled.

Nice staff, easy to get to and in a nice area with lots of stores for every need, room was clean could use deep clean in bathrooms, beds was comfy could use thicker blankets because ac be cold, pretty good size rooms. Breakfast was 80% good, nice smell

We were always greeted with a smile and a good morning, afternoon or evening. Upon arriving or leaving the person at the desk would always say " have a good day / night ". They were very helpful for any questions we had. We booked 2 separate rooms, a queen suite and a king suite. The queen suite had a HUGE "living room" which had a desk, tv, mini fridge, sleeper sofa, coffee table, seperate bedroom with 2 queen beds, tv, and of course a separate bathroom. The King room was also big, a sleeper sofa and king bed, in the same room, with a tv, mini fridge, and separate bathroom. The whole property was clean, from the parking lot to the rooms.

Only problem. which really wasn't a problem, was that the "pancake machine" was empty when we arrived for breakfast on our first day and ran out on the second day and wasn't refilled. This wasn't a problem for us, as there was plenty of other food, eggs, sausage, some sort of potato, cereal, fresh fruit, etc.

I liked when you walked in you saw the upgrades. The level of care in painting and redecorating the breakfast area. It had 24 hour water and coffee station. The hallways and room had bright colored paint in blue, yellow and burnt orange. The beds were incredibly soft and the pillows felt like heaven.

I did not like the sofa and accent chair were both very stained and filthy. Each needed either a serious re upholstery or deep cleaning. The desk and chair in the room- the chair arm wrest were unraveling. The bathroom had a hole in wall. Perhaps where the shelving had fallen and they just moved into a new location and never patched the hole. It was hard to tell where the jot and cold water was in the tub because the face of the dial was not secure. I actually thought there was no hot water and had management come to the room. I didn't realizebit was a dog friendly hotel and was nervous seeing dogs ( on leash). That's my fault

Location is great, cost is affordable and staff is nice

This is my 3rd time in this hotel. I actually like it, but if I have to give a negative comment it would be my room had a small odor. With being said, I was offered another room, but there was no need for that.

I can tell they want to keep this place in good shape, clean, and generally in good condition, and the bed was comfortable! I was able to do work using the WiFi without issue. friendly staff too. This place is a good deal, especially for the area. I would stay here again.

Stayed here when visiting family multiple times. Convenient location to family, safe area, large area for walking pet, plenty of parking. Hot breakfast in the morning is great and coffee available 24x7.

Dumper area messy, smelling, trash and over flowing exterior garbage can ALL WEEK by back parking area.

Staff was pleasant, breakfast was excellent one of the best we every had at a motel

No chais to st and no table to eat. Was told because it had three beds state inspection wouldn’t let them put any chairs in the room. Other and that the room was great. We didn’t have a iron in the room one was delivered right away same with towels there was six of us had towels for four we called for more we got them right away.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and it's a very nice very big room. It works perfectly for what we needed.

This room is so big and sleeps 6 but only has a couch and a desk chair. There's more than enough room for a couple more chairs in the living room area. I wish they had the breakfast longer.

The facility was cleaned when I entered. I liked that it was quiet and not a lot of traffic. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was thoroughly cleaned.

Everything was nice. No complaints
