Location, friendly staff

Only 1 waste basket, none in room nor the bathroom, no bathrobe hook. Holes/openings on wall under each nightstand. Room attendant on her cell phone the entire time she was cleaning the room next to us. Could hear her entire conversation. She hung up & made another call right away. By this time she was in the hallway, I opened the door & told her she was a little too loud. So glad she stopped.

Our stay was great. It was very quiet and clean. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The location was perfect because it was close to the interstate, shops and restaurants. I love that it also had a bar downstairs (we didn’t eat at the restaurant, but we did go to the bar). There was also a small convenient store, although the prices were very expensive, which is expected. Another plus was that they provided the use of the indoor pool, which we didn’t get a chance to use, but that was also a plus!

Nice room, comfy bed, nice tv choices. Bar area in main lobby was nice too. Plenty of parking, close to tons of restraunts

Was dissapointed to find out they didnt have a complimentary breakfast. The prices for the breakfast at the bistro were a little on the high side.

I enjoyed my stay. The place was so clean. The employees were friendly and professional. Parking was good. I am sorry I didn’t eat breakfast there. When I am in the area, I will stay there again…

The tolet seat was too low in my room…

Staff was welcoming and attentive. Prompt check-in room was clean.

There was " NO" breakfast at this location. We were told by booking.com that there would be a breakfast however when we arrived we were told breakfast was not available. I am not blaming the hotel. Instead, I blame booking.com for the incorrect information on their site during our booking process.

Very convenient location Fantastic staff

It is getting very run down. The room is clean but the toilet was cracked. The panel in the elevator was broken. Maintenance seemed to be lacking.

Our bedroom was larger than we expected. it was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. On the whole, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel Starbucks: staff not very friendly and limited availability. Made worse by the fact there’s a SB and other facilities across the street but no one thought to plan the city so pedestrians can get there!

everything! everyone here is always so PROFESSIONAL, courteous, and so so pleasant. every time we come back home to Newport News visit family in Kiln Creek, the only place we will stay! The staff, can’t even begin to tell you all the amaze, even though upon checking in, the app stated every other day room turndown , they came in everything day, with out us even asking!!!! just amazing, we will see you all July 4th-July 10th!

It was easy to get to. I traveled to meet my classmates. Some stayed with the host and some at the Courtyard M. The hotel was a two minutes drive from the hosts house.

My room was fine but my friend 's room had water damage.

Comfortable setup. My husband and I had dinner on the couch together. The little table was perfect.

No extra blanket. The room was very cool even though we had the thermostat at what seemed like a comfortable setting. We would rather have it cool than warm though. We appreciate that. I used a towel to get warmer.
