The place is big and the staff were wonderful. They were kind, courteous, and helpful. There was a pool and a gym as well. I was able to use the gym and they had a good bunch of equipment including a peloton bike. The breakfast was pretty good and pretty standard for hotels. Parking was free and there were ample places. Overall, it was a great place and a terrific value for money.

Cleanliness was something that I always check out in hotel rooms and this could definitely improve. There were stains in the shower which were off putting and the shower gel tube kept slipping when squeezed. I’m nitpicking here because no establishment is perfect but overall, it was a positive experience

The friendly representative at the front desk. The room was clean and laid out well. I like the fact that if someone were to stay a while you provided the necessary things to aide them. I was not anxious about sleeping in the bed like I have in other places. The bed was inviting and very comfortable. I don't stay at hotels much but for the few times that I did, I can truly say that this was the best. Most times I stayed at hotels I was uncomfortable sleeping in the beds but this time I had no anxiety. It was great!

Not having protein at breakfast for non-pork eaters.

The room size was adequate. The beds mediocre. The towels were big and fluffy and nice toiletries if you forgot anything. Breakfast by far was the best 👌 I've had at any hotel. With fresh fruit,cereal, 3 waffle makers,eggs and sausage something for every palate. Afternoon reception was lovely with little snacks and ice tea. The hotel was near shopping and several eateries. Quiet neighborhood. Some of the staff were friendly who far outweighed the not so friendly ones. Environmentally conscious with recycling stations on each floor Guest laundry facilities and gym were nice.There was a pool but it wasn't open until Memorial day weekend

The placement of the elevators were weird. If your room was positioned near front lobby then it was OK however if your room was not,looong walk. Parking lot on front of building so not able to position car closer to elevator access. I was in a mobility accessible room which safety wise was great with hand rails etc but if you were not in an electric wheelchair you and your walking stick were in for a workout

The King bed was nice and comfy. Also, like the shower head. Upon check-in, for some reason we were told that our King bed suite was upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite (416) at the manager's discretion. The room overall would have been really nice if the things that I didn't like had been corrected.

The kitchen bar countertop was not clean. The hot water in the king bedroom did not work. The room was cold, I called the front desk and spoke with a younger gentleman and reported it. I asked him if he could assist me in turning up the heat because the thermostat said that it was set already and would not allow me to adjust it. He said ok, but never showed up.

Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. The computer system was down when we checked in, so they were a bit stressed, but handling it well.

The description needs to be updated. We chose this hotel solely because it said there was a hot tub- there was not. There’s an outdoor pool, no hot tub. Nice hotel otherwise, no complaints, but not as described in booking.com.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was almost perfect (I'm lactose intolerant and really wanted some milk) and the staff was very friendly. Loved the late check-out time, even though we had to leave earlier.

The dishwasher was full of dishes, so I either had to wash dishes by hand or put them away to reload.... not trying to do either on vacation, especially at $250 a night. Only one chair for dining, so that's not really convenient. The ice bucket was missing, as was the trash can in the kitchen, but that's just minor stuff. The location and comfort made up for it.

I LOVED the property, the rooms were excellent, large and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Karen the front desk clerk was OUTSTANDING. She texted us to make sure the room was ok and to ask if we needed anything. Great personal touch.

It was hard to regulate the air conditioner. The room was VERY cold.

Breakfast was great!! I only ate fruits and drunk the juice. It was a great presentation!! And clean area.

The dog was on a fetch that wr saw in the hotel friendly for who has dogs. It was a big one in hall and outside with owner..they should had muscle on that dog mouth he was a huge dog.

My husband & I traveled to Va to bring in the New Year with family & friends. This was the perfect location, less than 10 minutes from family. So everyone came to our room. The staff was very pleasant, the one lady was stunning! She looked the part for the occasion. The size of our room accommodated everything we needed & more! The bed was very comfortable, there was a pull out sofa in the living room. Full size kitchen with all the amenities. Definitely worth the trip & price. We will be staying again…soon… real soon.

Well...was looking forward to Waffles on Monday Am...but they took the 2 irons out! :( they should have had at least 1 Waffle Iron Up!
