The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was really nice, clean, and roomy. My room was bigger than I expected, which was a treat.

I thought the restaurant downstairs was kind of pricy. The breakfast was a standard buffet with sufficient choices, but I had seen an ad saying it was 7 dollars per person, and it turned out to be 15.

The location was great

The room could of been a little cleaner left over jelly beans were on the floor from a previous guest. The toilet won’t stop running & the lightning was not that bright.

property was clean and well kept although in our room 109 I did notice stains along the outside wall that looked to be the start of mold staff was super friendly Jeffrey went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and helped us with recommendations as well as helped with service for breakfast great friendly staff the gym and pool area was kept very clean and tidy as well although we didn’t used it but still a very nice addition

The only downside that I saw to the property was that one people tend to check in later in the evening there was not much choice for anything to eat and the bar closes way too early for a Friday or Saturday evening as we had friends that we’re going to be checking in after 9 o’clock

Everyone was great at your hotel. Your new chef, CJ, I think, was amazing. I did not expect to get dinner that tasted this good at a hotel restaurant. The waitress in the morning was excellent also.

We stayed here for 2 nights, room was dry spaciousness. Bathroom small,(door almost hits toilet when you enter.) Maybe update shower heads, and add exhaust fan. Other than that, quiet hotel. No really other complaints. Just need a few minor updates.

very Quiet and appox.17 mins. from Bush Gardens. Very clean and complimentary breakfasts. The staff was AWESOME and friendly. They made me and my family feel very comfortable.

The QR code for the washer/dryer was not working, so I needed to dig for $3.00 in quarters. Clothing was drenched from rain. The staff stated these appliances were contacted out so they couldn’t help with QR code situation.
