I have stayed here many times over the last 30 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is ample parking in the garage, which is a great feature if you are there in the summer. The location is right in the middle of town and close to everything; the beach is a 5 minute walk. The 4 bed room we always get is very spacious and has a nice balcony overlooking the street and pool. The pool is the best in Rota and worth the price of the hotel room by itself.

I love this hotel, but I've said this for years: Please do some updating. The hotel hasn't changed in 30 years, honestly. It would be great to just update the BEDS because they are very hard and uncomfortable. Also, a standup shower would be a welcome addition to the bathroom instead of the tub shower and curtain that sticks to you because the tub is pretty narrow. Some updated paint and decor wouldn't be too costly either.

The hotel is small, clean and perfectly located close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Everything is within walking distance. Love that they accommodated our request for a special room (we visit often) and the personnel are SUPER helpful with any questions.

The garage could be included in the price of the room. Also, the door that opens for the cars to enter the garage is extremely narrow and required the folding in of mirrors to go through. Not to mention, the spaces are too narrow and short for mid-size to larger vehicles; new stripes should be painted to avoid denting cards.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and the location can't be beat. Two blocks from the beach and a short walk to the center of town. The neighborhood is nice, and there are dozens of restaurants and shops close by. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Parking is on site and never full. The pool alone is worth the price of staying. It is glorious: spacious, always the perfect temperature, has a nice grass area and the right amount of sun. It's the best pool in Rota!

Ok, for the first time, I realized that the walls are bare in this hotel. There are so many good paintings and photographs of Rota and the surrounding area... PLEASE put some up in the rooms to make them more cozy. Also, the beds are way too firm. Just uncomfortable, actually. A bed topper and thick blanket would be a great addition.

Location was great. Rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Overall nice stay, firm beds, nice pool.

Didn’t see parking rates published - turned out to be 15€/night for on premise parking. Almost nothing available on the street.

Location can't be beat. A few blocks to the beach and to downtown. Room was spacious with a nice balcony with a view. The pool is refreshing and nice. The A/C in the room worked great. The garage was really helpful if you have a rental car, and it's not a very expensive daily charge.

The beds were a little too firm!

The room had pool view and little terrace where I could have drinks and enjoy the vibes and the weather. The room some was big and bed was super comfy. All was super clean.

The shower was bit old but other than that all was good, it was big bathroom and big room. Also the price for parking was too expensive, 15€ per day and they advised of this last minute. I thought parking would be included free and as the description said "depending on availability on arrival" but not charging that high amount. I parked on the street close by for free, but i would specify this better.

Only hotel with clothes and towels hanging off balcony made the place appear to be a dump People reserved chairs at pool by putting towels then leaving. Not fair!

Close to Rota AFB. The rooms were spacious and clean. When in town, we will definitely stay there again
