I don't know where to start. Kudos to the family owner who restored this beautiful country house in the landscape of Umbria. The idea (among others) to install a glass floor above the wine cellar was marvellous. The breakfast room and dining area were skillfully added to the existing building. Our room was lovely, situated beside a little herb garden and vegetable patch. The pool and pool area were splendid and the pool staff most friendly and helpful. So was the staff in the restaurant who served delicious local food. A testimony was the influx of local people at lunch and dinner time. We left the pool three hours before the gate for our flight closed and that even left us time for a delicious lunch. Thank you so much for having us. Good luck to all of you.

From the moment you arrive, this hotel envelops you in a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere, complete with a serene pool area perfect for unwinding. You'll find nothing is too much trouble for the staff, whose flawless English ensures a completely relaxed stay. Carla, the owner, is a font of knowledge on local produce, which beautifully complements the restaurant's menu that refreshes every two weeks. The food here is truly outstanding, a culinary highlight which I can highly recommend. Don't hesitate to ask for wine recommendations from their extensive selection. For a motorcyclist, the discreet parking offered a great peace of mind.

mini fridge, cleanliness, facilities. In general it was very nice and great value for money. overslept past checkout time by an hour or two and was not charged a fee, which was nice. Thank you.

my room was cleaned unexpectedly, towels replaced etc. This would have been fine if my CBD Marijuana flower had not gone missing from my bedside table. No sign of it or the bag it was in. I suspect it may have been one of the child-staff, but I may be wrong. Regardless, it was stolen.

Excellent location right at entrance to airport. So easy to get to walk to from airport. (The airport is small and not many flights, so little traffic and noise). We stayed here for first night of trip to Perugia old centre. Our late flight was delayed, but we were still able to have a meal in the restaurant. The food was delicious…one of the best of our whole stay. The gardens are really pretty, the room well presented and clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool looked beautiful. Unfortunately we couldn’t use as there was a thunderstorm. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night here and would recommend to anyone heading to Perugia. We even popped in for a coffee on our way back for our return flight. A little gem of a hotel.

The staff were all absolutely wonderful, extremely friendly. The food was yummy with the chef adapting the menu to increase the vegetarian options. Pool was perfect. Air conditioning very welcome. It really is within walking distance of the airport

An additional pillow would be good and more coat hangers. Personally I prefer a softer bed.

The property is a 5 min walk all from the airport, surprisingly we didn’t notice the planes taking off or landing. The rooms were large. The pool was a relaxing environment. The restaurant was superb, lovely fresh ingredients from the property’s kitchen garden.

It was quite remote from the town, you need a car to get out and about.

Our room was clean and very spacious and the pool are was lovely. You are 4 min walk to the airport which is handy for a quick trip and you barely hear any planes, it is so quiet and you are surrounded by fields

There is no where to eat (apart from the hotel) that is within walking distance which means you have to get taxis which are very expensive. A 20 minute drive starts at least 35 euros and can be 55 in the evening .

Walkable from Perugia Airport. Super-friendly, helpful staff - nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast and dinner.

Italy's regulation that aircon can't be used in May - but the windows and balcony door are all insect-netted so we let the breeze in.

Really well appointed hotel with nice decor within literally a few hundred yards of Perugia airport, with very attentive, helpful and professional staff. Excellent quality and good value food from the restaurant.

Open-plan shower had no door. Outdoor pool not heated.

Unfortunately I arrived too late for dinner but next time I will make sure to book in to their restaurant. Staff also prepared breakfast earlier so that I could eat before my flight. Also, the airport is in walking distance!
