It is a good place to visit with children. There are many options and activities. The room was functional despite being really quite small. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We were not lucky with the snow but the hotel is in a good location with ski bus right in front of the door. The bar at top was a great experience - it was super nice to have pleasant staff around!

Well, it would make a difference if the staff were smiling and being friendly a little more… also, the hotel has a place to store ski but it is super small with no place to dry or store your ski boots. When we asked they told us to put them in our room. “Great advice” - I don’t think anyone wants to put wet and dirty ski boots into their room and again, the rooms are super small, there is not even a space to put the boots in.

- Rooms are ok, but quite small - Overall this hotel looks quite old (as of design, style, interieur). You feel like you're visiting some top hotel in 90s...:). I wouldn't say it's in a bad shape, just creates a strong aftertaste of the past.

This was a very nice experience, since the check-in the staff was very kind, we received very special attention. They had a special gift for us on our room, and also received a Christmas present. I would stay here again.

Maybe they can have more options in their restaurant.

We've been there fourth or fifth time - I think that's the best example of our opinions about this place. Even though the weather was bad (rain and lack of snow) we had a great time. There is a lot to do in the hotel, the food is great, staff is super helpful and kind, beds are comfy, rooms clean... Really, what more does one need?

I'd love to have a little more comfy pillows. All the rest was perfect.

Staff was very friendly, location was great, very easy bus to the slopes. Good food options if you don’t want to leave the hotel in the evening. We used the swimming pool and games room (pool and table tennis) every evening, fun way to spend time with teenage son.

Fantastic stuff, comfortable rooms, delicious and local breakfast. We loved the sauna - really hot !

It was absolutely amazing, we loved every part of it. The rooms were comfortable and clean, staff was really helpful, the food exquisite, and all the entertainment the hotel is providing would be enough even if there was no snow:) we've been there second time and I'm sure we gonna visit again next winter. I'd recommend it to everyone, it's great for families with children, it's great for a romantic getaway and for a group of partying friends. There is tons of things to do (swimming pool, fitness, massages, pool, ping-pong, bowling,...), so you'll never gonna be bored. The food is really nice, we tried breakfast, dinner and restaurant, and loved it. All in all, great stay, we are just sorry we couldn't stay longer :)

The pillows were quite poor and uncomfortable, I'd expect better quality for this price.
