We moved to here from another hotel which had misleading information as to its a/c (set to central heating in May). So our main criteria was good a/c and general modern comfort and which this hotel amply fulfilled. Very attractive modern and expensive dėcor. Ample and good breakfast buffet. Restaurant open most nights in an adjacent enormous building - interesting menu with attentive service. A few minutes out of town in country, but thus very quiet and no problem with a car.

Very large building with many modern facilities BUT no lift for approx 8 steps down and up which we had to carry our cases (we were helped by another guest on arrival), though was a lift to another part of the building.

I enjoyed the location and the staff were both friendly and helpful. The facilities were good with a pool and comfortable sitting areas too relax.

There was also a problem with dead mosquitos in the room window and curtains which should have been noticed by the cleaning staff. The hotel restaurant was not available for evening dinner, the vineyard restaurant next door was the only choice, but the food was good. Breakfast only began at 7:30 am, I would have preferred 7:00 or 7:15 am as I had an early start and had to leave before breakfast opened. The staff had promised that a breakfast box would be ready for me in the morning, in the morning the reception staff was not aware of the request and I had to wait, this delayed my departure by 10 mins.

Excellent dinner and breakfast in an incredible dining room in an industrial setting.. Congratulations to the designers - it was wonderful. A complete surprise for us. Dinner and breakfast were superb. We discovered in the morning that it's also in a beautiful rural setting (had no idea where our sat nav was taking us the night before!). Just a short distance from Alcacer, which you can see across the river. The hotel has a gym, an indoor and outdoor pool and I can't wait to stay in the summer. Room was perfect

Everything, beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful decor, tasty breakfast food, they have their own restaurant, my husband and I did not know what meat to choose we went to the chef and he showed us the cuts and what they consisted of, and we had the most amazing meal, at such an amazing price. Lastly, I was so amazed as it was wheel chair friendly, the all building, with access to the pool on a wheel chair!!! Well done!!!! “Hat off!” Thank you!!!

Quiet location close to centre set on vineyard estate, work still in progress. Easy parking and breakfast included.

Sound echoes round pool and courtyard. Poor fitting double glazing. Don’t try shaving here as basin in sink doesn’t fill and constantly empties. We were originally booked into a suite but blackout curtains were broken so switched to a room which was a good size. Restaurant was closed Sunday night which was disappointing . No refrigeration for breakfast buffet.

Dinner, although excellent was in another restaurant on site about 2minutes walk outside This was a converted warehouse and was every high and everything echoed-this made conversation difficult It would be better to move dinners to the hotel restaurant

Great atmosphere! the pool was super nice and pet can be free in the hotel (even at breakfast) overall a super good experience. The restaurant near by is also super good and with very good prices.

As that area is close to the river, be mindful of the mosquitos after the dawn, it was a buzz killer (literally) and we end up going to the room earlier! anyway that is nothing that the hotel can do about as the rooms they all have nets =)

The hotel is in a beautiful setting, rooms are a good size. The breakfast and pool area is very nice, quiet and rustic. The pool is clean and nice to have a splash around in and never got to be too busy.

The gym is very basic, the activities at the hotel require booking in advance of your stay, they are not avaialble otherwise, this came as a dissapoinment to our family.

The hotel room was modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Exceptionally good sleep and great value for money.

To improve the hotel it would help to have ironing facilities in the room rather than a charge for this service. Also, fly nets to cover the food on buffet breakfast would be much better.

This is a lovely Hotel, and we were very happy in choosing this place. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The place is part of a winery, which they were very happy to give us a tour. It is very clean and the bed was the best one we had in the 7wks we were there.
