We stopped here after a night departure from Cascais to the Algarve. I booked at 10:15 pm for a 10:45 arrival. There are not lots of hotel options on the A2, so I was crossing my fingers. I need not have worried. Very quiet, rural location, 5 miles +/- from the autoestrada. Only findable with GPS IMHO. Small fridge in the room. Basic mini-bar. Sadly, we didn’t have time to use the impressively clean pool. There’s a courtyard garden area, grill, birds (in cages) garden, and a jacuzzi. I would have loved to stay for a few days to relax and enjoy the calm. Well priced cocktails also were available. Impeccably clean. Welcoming. Mom & Pop hotel vibe. Delicious continental breakfast for 6 euros (including homemade preserves) is recommended. Good price, great value. A special shout out to Marcio, who was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Sound insulation could be better (although I believe our neighbors were exceptionally loud).

This hotel is a little gem off the beaten path but only 40 minutes from the Lisbon airport. We only stayed one night on our way from Algarve but wished we stayed more. The property itself is beautiful and well tended, the pool was very clean and the (small) hot tub in the cool evening made everything perfect. We also decided to eat our evening meal there and everything was delicious! The staff was super nice and welcoming.

The breakfast, which is charged separately, is good but also a bit ordinary. When I took a shower in the morning, the water never became very warm, I think I had to let it run a bit more but we had no time as we needed to return the car in Lisbon.

It was a wonderful revelation. A luxurious and original place, filled with the spirit of the African savannah. Lovely landscape design. Delicious mini-bar!! The staff is pumped up to a divine level. The pool, the nursery, the parking. But the main thing is that the whole place is imbued with care and respect for you. I really want to go there again. I wish all hotels learn to serve customers like this. It's a wonderful place.

The only thing I didn't like was that, due to circumstances, I was forced to stay in this nice and comfortable hotel for only one night.

A superb, quiet and beautiful hideaway hotel. Just a few minutes off the motorway between Lisbon and the Algarve. Just six rooms but extremely quaint and comfortable. The pool and the grounds are superb. During our stay, we were looked after by a young Brazilian gentleman (unfortunately, I cannot remember his name) his attention to detail was amazing and his friendly, efficient welcoming personality stands out. We thoroughly enjoyed our chat with him during dinner and we would highly recommend him as a leader of the future. If you want a quiet, comfortable, great value place to stay in a stunning location, but very accessible to Lisbon. This is it!

Such friendly and helpful staff! Great facilities for such a small place - pool, hot tub, table tennis and table football. It was also great to have the option to purchase dinner in the hotel in the evening- the food was delicious! Overall would thoroughly recommend, great value for money.

I guess the location was a little out of the way, but it didn’t bother us - if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet, and you have a car to take you somewhere if you do want to visit, then this place is perfect!

Loved staying here! The hosts were wonderful! Such nice people. Fabulous home cooked food. The owner does lovely crochet and I bought a great little bag from her. She didn't have much English and I don't have much Portuguese so we spoke in French! Such a nice place to stay and the little Yorkshire terriers were delightful. And the miniature goats soo sweet. Wonderful. A warm welcome, friendly and helpful throughout with lovely, quiet and clean rooms and amazing food. The evening meal (Portuguese style chicken) when we arrived on a Sunday evening, after a long day of travelling, was delicious and good value. Breakfast with warm homemade rolls, homemade jams (see inside the fridge) and figs from the garden was a real treat. A huge range of other continental breakfast items was also available.

This was a wonderful place to stay after landing at the airport to begin on vacation. The room was large and the countryside was quiet. Nice breakfast in the morning.

There was a locked gate to get into the property so at first, we were nervous because we didn’t know Spanish and didn’t know how to get in and suddenly the gate open so obviously it was quickly controlled by the staff, and we entered easily

That they didn't say that every 1 hour delay you pay 15 euro extra. We got our flight delayed and so paid 30 euro addition. That's crazy cuz it doesn't say that when you read the check in info. Other than that was ok

The owners were very friendly and extremely accommodating. Nothing was a bother to them. The breakfast was fresh and home cooked. The evening meal was delicious and, again, fresh and home cooked. The location is quiet and peaceful, away from town and traffic. Everything was clean and excellent.
