The concierge greeted us at the door and very friendly and helpful. Thanks!!! The breakfast and dinner were excellent and the swimming pool was enjoyable. Overall an excellent hotel.

The only reason I didn't award the hotel a 10 was that the doors to the rooms closed very loudly and we were catching a very early flight. So what happens but the people next door checked in a 11:00pm and their in and out went on and on so I didn't get to sleep till long after midnight. My only advise is that because we requested a quite room and because the hotel was not filled that late arrivals be placed in rooms as far away from others as possible..

Service was excellent..Nielson at the swimming pool was always asking how he could help and when ever i needed the Turkish bath on he would go and turn it on ..Very helpful..The last day of my stay I was rushing to get back to Cartagena and when i left the room I totally forgot my bag on the safe with my Passport ,credit cards ,and money.Mr Serrano, head of security called me to tell me that i had left the bag on the safe. He personally check the bag, put it on a plastic bag and arrange to send it to me to Cartagena. He went well beyond his duty..I am very thankful with him..I am very happy with the service of the hotel. EXCELLENT...

The staff was very nice and attentive. They had great amenities from a pool, sauna, gym, spa. Location has a grocery store, pharmacy, a cafe and a restaurants or two right across the street which was very convenient.

Breakfast was wonderful!! Great selection of local and international foods!! Facilities(pool, hot tub, pool deck) were super! Nice view of city from 3rd floor! Staff was extremely helpful and always accommodating!! Definitely will stay here again when in Barranquilla!!

The food is just awesome. You can also tell how everybody loves the food during breakfast. It is just delicious. I regret that they only offered arepa e huevo the last day, bc they were the best I have ever had!!!!

There's a sign at the reception desk saying that for payment of the hotel services US dollars and euros are accepted, but in fact they are not.

It has all the facilities to make your stay really comfortable..

Our room had a door connecting to the room next door. We could hear people talking and moving around. It was not terrible, but I'd rather have a room without that door..

They try to add extra fess at times. Like You only had two people on the reservation. But I need to charge and extra breakfast fee
