The hotels has been recently (2025} renovated and the rooms were very comfortable. The pool area is yet to be renovated, but it was clean and the water was warm. The location is perfect (300 metres from the start of the hiking paths). Staff was very friendly. Restaurant was good, including breakfast. The prices of the stay was a bit on the high side though.

In my view the price was a bit high. I would estimate a rate of 10 or 15% rate for what you are getting. Still, you pay for location and for a nicely renovated place, so I would still recommend it!

The location is very good, quiet and picturesque. The hotel has obviously had some refurbishment and has been well done. Everything is comfortable and clean. I didn't eat there but most of the guests seem to. The breakfast was good and the whole operation was efficient.

Of course the new bits show up the bits that had the attention. The pool is good but the changing rooms perhaps should be next on the list. Having travelled there from Spain and France the hospitality doesn't quite match up. It's not bad, everyone is polite but there does seem to be more that could be done to make you feel welcome. The single room I was in though well decorated, was quite small.

Good location, easy access to the National Park and the pier, beautiful view overlooking the lake. Quiet at night. Clean room with fridge and tea facilities. Hotel breakfast was exceptional with smoked salmon, cold cuts, nice bread etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The whole hotel ran out of hot water supply without any notice one late afternoon but the staff got it fixed within an hour.

The pool was beautiful and the room was a great size and very comfortable.

The shared areas could do with modernising. There was a lot of building work, which is not the hotels fault and we knew about beforehand. Would love to come back when it’s all finished as the area is jaw droppingly beautiful

The room was modern and clean, hotel location was good, the staff were nice, especially the girl named Mariam! She gave lots of info about the area and about activities that I could do and in general was super friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay again

Basic but comfortable rooms. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom was clean. Location is excellent.

Too expensive for what it is. Breakfast was for 17.50 each and definitely not worth the price. No kettle or tea coffee making facilities in the room.

Location is beautiful. I also liked the restaurant, both for dinner and for breakfast. Restaurant staff was nice.

They do not have a sauna, even though they advertise with it on Booking. Bed could have been more comfortable. And my room was next to an elevator, which was a bit noisy. It was not too bad during the night luckily. The price was fair though.
